Not very friendly staff. The food also was very underwhelming with few options. I was rather disappointed in general with the whole experience and haven't been back.

Normally you only get to pick two of those, but for a quick lunch and coffee this place managed 3/3. One of the few places open in the small centre of Gore on a Sunday and I'm glad I found it. Good eggs on toast...More

Got two decent sized fish and heaps of chips for only $14.50 - comes with a nice little salad, too. Very reasonably priced.

Heading south to Invercargill or up the island a sensible place to stop if you require some food and beverage. For More locals too. A good selection of sandwiches, pies, muffins and other baked goods. Nice coffee. Courteous staff. Good value.
