Great family run restaurant and bar! Brilliant atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Friendly staff and fantastic food from steaks, homemade dishes (cottage pie , lasagna and pies) and not to mention the roast dinners. Would highly recommend a visit as you won't be disappointed.

One of those places that you call into for a quick drink and find yourself there all week! Dave and Marie were very welcoming and friendly and you can't help but enjoy the atmosphere. Dave has the Blarney and humour to keep all entertained and the music nights are great fun. A very enjoyable week spent in Lanzarote was had... More

Was with friends in Lanzarote for a weeks break and visited The Auld Triangle on the 2nd night here and 4 more nights thereafter as well as during the day for food. Fantastic entertainment in the evenings and first class food available. A perfectly run family Irish pub where all the staff make everyone welcome. Would recommend to everyone of... More

Have eaten here twice now including 'Sunday Lunch'. The standard of food is excellent and the service and welcome is first class. Will definitely return.

It's called the Auld Triangle and it says Irish Pub across the top, so guess what? Of course you won't be getting any Spanish Tapa's, but what you will get is a great pub experience with top notch food. We visited last week with our 3 children and had a great time. Dave met us at the door and I... More

Hkb Thanks very much for a fantastic review. Glad you noticed it was an Irish Bar and not Spanish like previous person. 2 issues i have you never mentioned the Gunners and our Guinness is on a par with England. Those 2 remarks could have you barred lol. Thanks again we love when people appreciate the hard work of the... More

Just back from a Week in Lanzarote and as usual no trip is complete without Dinner in the Auld Triangle. Even though we stay in Puerto Del Carmen we always pay a couple of visits to the Auld Triangle. Dave, Marie and their family are very welcoming and it really is a home away from home. Having tried numerous restaurants... More

Walked here from near the casino and was ready for a pint. Sat outside in the sun and chilled with a beer watching the planes come in. Then ordered 2 lamb roasts. Really enjoyed it.

As a Guinness drinker back in the U.K. I normally steer clear of the black stuff when abroad as it does not feel or taste right in the sun but yesterday was cold and windy just like being in the uk so we found this bar not disappointed the Guinness was great best pint I've had anywhere the place was... Had several meals here during our stay in Matagorda, each time both starters and mains were consistently good. The staff were all friendly and the young waitress in particular worked so hard covering a lot of tables at once yet still managed to smile ( I think perhaps she has her twin sister working alongside her, that's how she manages... There are not enough words to do this place justice. Always made feel welcome. Food is fabulous, especially the breakfast. Entertainment is good fun even if you don't like karaoke. Real family unit and you will not meet nicer people than Dave & Marie.
