Myself and my boyfriend were really looking forward to this place. Unfortunately we received really poor service and would never come back. First of all we attended the beach and were told there were no sunbeds left with parasols, even though we booked one month...in advance. We were given one of the last drabs of shadeless sunbeds right at the back. We had lunch booked for 2.30pm but we're not called when our table was ready so we made our own way into the restaurant/bar area. There's no shelter from the wind in this place so sat in the lounge part. Sofas are hard but tolerable to sit on. We sat and waited for someone to attend the table with menus, after 25 minutes of being seated, around 6 waiting staff frequently passing by we had to get up and ask for menus ourself. We then waited another 30 minutes for someone to come to take our order. Tables at either side of us were seated and accommodated well but we were ignored. Again I had to get up and ask for our order to be taken. It had been 1 hour since we were seated and we were only just ordering. Baring in mind the restaurant wasn't busy (planty of free tables) and lots of waiting staff. We then waited at least 30 minutes for food to arrive. Again, tables at either side gave their orders after us but received all their food first. We ordered bread and olives to start, sea bream & orzo & chicken skewer. The olives and bread arrived 10 minutes after starting our main meals rather than as a starter which was strange and not something you would expect. I will say the food was really good. The chicken was so flavourful and the fish was fresh, but there wasn't enough of it in the orzo dish to really call it a fish dish. We waved the waiter 4 times (they saw us but didn't come over) before having to raise our voices to catch them to get the bill. No one then came over to ask how we wished to pay so 20 minutes more of waiting I had to get up and walk to the counter to pay the bill. We were also charged for a full bottle of water, and had half a glass each. Not once we're we topped up with water of left the bottle to have it ourselves. Overall we're really disappointed in the service and feel like it was such a waste of money and time. We would have gone to another beach club if we knew it would be this bad. If I could have not paid them, then I would have. You don't expect to go somewhere like this and get such rubbish service and rude, inattentive staff. We would be happy to be contacted by management to discuss our experience.More

I went with 3 friends in the bar, the treatment of the bartender was amazing we took some bottles, and the music was a vibe but the problem that I had is in the bathroom the lady that is there is the most unrespectful person...i all Mykonos, my friend was drunk and we wnt to the bathroom i wanted to help my friend to pee bcs she couldnt alone and that women started to scream at me and pushing me out i tried to explain and she didnt leven give me the chance. I kept searching for a manager and no one showed up everybody from the staff that I called the attention was ignoring me. The only good think about it is the location, the music and the blond bartender, thank u for yesterday!!More

Very disappointing. I have worked in this industry for many years and I have never seen so many staff do nothing. Constantly expecting tips, yet fail to give even an average level of service. The staff just stand there doing nothing talking to each other...when we sat waiting to order for 15/20 minutes. The main problem is that they are not helpful and don’t care. We felt very unwelcome as I could see other guests felt the same. Beautiful setting, but unfortunately everything else brings this place down.More

The beach is nice if a little rocky. There were three of us and despite booking three sunbeds we were given 2 sunbeds and one chair. Thats not what we booked or asked for. When we complained we were basically told to like it or...lump it. We had been to Scorpios the day before where the service was outstanding. We will not come back here. There are plenty other better beach clubs to go to.More

Great crowd great location good food This is by far the best location in Mykonos this summer They have the best line up best crowd, the “managers” are properly doing their job

Thanks also to Stefano’s the beach manager for the beds...which really are so comfortable!! Super cool music and decor and very relaxed! You can stay here happily all day and then into the evening! Just had a delicious poke bowl. Superb!More

I wanted to check out the scene on this side of the island, which is about 15 to 20 minutes from the centre. Great views! Such good food and good service . we ordered appetizers, whole fish and bottles of wine. The spinach salad came...deconstructed. It was still beginning of season, so at the restaurant was not too crowded but I can't see it being jam packed in the summer. I would definitely come back here in the later summer.More
