I've been in this restaurant on a business travel and, although I usually don't go to Hotel restaurant, this time I made an exception due to the curiosity about the organic, vegetarian food, and Tripadvisor feedback. It was a wonderful dinner, the food is fresh made, express cooked, accompanied with great service and a nice atmosphere. The restaurant was a... More

We had a great dinner with friends. The cook (Mr. Giorgione) explained all the different plates, took care of food intolerances and the meal he prepared was just delicious. For international guests: he spoke English, German, Italian and French (and maybe some more languages?).

I did not expect such an experience. We are two people with no problem with food, we essentially eat any ingredients, and therefore we have not experienced Vegan style cooking before. Well, we both were well impressed. This is an upper level restaurant, the food is creative, tasty and polished. The chef is very professional and he presented himself and... More

Last WE I had a group dinner at Novessentia with 7 friends and we had a really good time. The quality of the food was absolutely excellent. Emanuele, the Chef, is a perfectionist and the final outcome of his researches was highly appreciated by all of us. The wine pairings were also well-designed. The only regret is the stunning view... The service and food are spectacular. All food is fresh and cooked through a see through glass wall. Spotlessly clean! Highly recommend this hidden away gem. Great night out.

This restaurant caters to everyone - vegetarian, gluten free, meat, fish. Very good food, great wait staff and chef, they are lovely and go out of their way. Ate every meal there when I stayed at the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel/spa/clinic for a week and had many lunches and dinners in the restaurant. It was different every time but each dish was consistently great. Well thought out, inventive, and just plain tasty as well. The staff at the table is super friendly, makes you feel right at home, and Chef Emanuele is happy to prepare anything... More

I loved that you don't have to have a conscious about what you are eating, because it's already been thought out for you and tailor made to your personal details. That's if you are staying at the hotel! Otherwise, you can order any of there food which is still made with the finest ingredients and care, and creation! The food... More

Novessentia Restaurant is a perfect place in every sense that a restaurant can be! The staff is super friendly, caring, but not intrusive at all. The ambiance is very romantic and relaxing, the view of Lago Maggiore is simply breathtaking. The food is delicious and healthy at the same time - not a common case in most other places))) Chef...
