Another jerk stop in Bodden Town warm and honest service. Visit for great juicy jerk chicken or pork. Portions are good for your money flavorful and tender. See and taste for yourself.

We stopped here during our wedding week in Grand Cayman. We were staying at the Turtle Nest, away from family, and gave Chester's a try. The staff and food were wonderful. It wasn't great food, but overall we had no complaints. We did sit outside but quickly had to move as fire ants were biting us! Be careful in the... More

Good fish but the side of potatoe salad was awful served like mashed potatoe with corn and got about 1 tablespoon portion! Vivian's kitchen exceeds in her sides for Cole slaw and potatoe salad and much better portion and superior quality!

This was the first time we tried jerk chicken on Grand Cayman. We're in love with the jerk chicken at a couple of places on Cayman Brac and couldn't wait to eat it while visiting the big island. Our friend who lives on Grand Cayman had warned us not to get jerk chicken from places like Chester's, as she said... More

At first glance, Chester's Fish Fry looks like a run down roadside place, but I'm so glad I gave it a chance. I stayed nearby and decided to walk over for a quick lunch. My order was prepared and brought to me very quickly. I took my food back to my cottage instead of eating at the picnic bench. I... More

The fried snapper was fabulous. The peas and rice are the best so far. I think they may use coconut milk. Takes cash only.

We sought this place out based on the reviews that we had read. We were not disappointed. You have to understand that the jerk seasoning in the Cayman Islands is milder than that found in Jamaica or Barbados. So if you want to mouth your mouth to feel like its been attacked by a blowtorch, you will be disappointed. But... More

Don't let the "dive" roadside appearance fool you. The cook was accommodating, the host was friendly, the service was right on target and the food was worth a return trip. Our group of 8 ordered nearly everything on the menu. We had absolutely no complaints. We ate onsite at the picnic tables while listening to reggae music that was befitting... More

Loved it, the fried red snapper was perfect. Great BBQ chicken and pork too. Highly recommended for those in a hurry or on a budget.
