We ate at the edge a few times during our stay. The food here was absolutely beautiful, there was so much choice on the menu and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced everything was. The cocktails were incredible and Ben was so friendly! If you are looking for a nice cocktail bar with great views and great cocktails The Edge is your place!

As the name says The Edge is perched on the coastal cliff providing Spectacular views. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is wide and varied menu of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available. The food menu choices should please everyone. We were a party of 6 friends meeting for drinks followed by a meal where we shared a wide selection of Tapas washed with an excellent wine. We will be back.

From the moment we arrived Jacob and Ricardo made us feel welcome.
The pizza was amazing thanks to the chef never had salmon on pizza but Wow delicious the views over the ocean spectacular and a special thank you to Jacob for the cocktails on our 24th anniversary.
We would like to thank the whole team for a very special evening.

First time visiting the edge bar and restaurant as it was closed when we visited last year.
Great to see it busy and open the views are amazing. We went for just drinks one night at 8pm to see the sunset and then booked a table later in the week at the same time to eat.
Slightly more limited menu for the edge restaurant ( overlooking sea ) compared to the other restaurant attached to the pearly grey hotel Quo.
Still a lot to choose from with sharers, salads, lots of pizzas, desserts and paella.
We pre-ordered a meat paella and also had whitebait to start and lemon meringue pie for dessert. All tasty food. Only critique would be the paella didn’t have the crusty traditional edge and needed a bit more seasoning etc.
Drinks were really good, my partner really enjoyed the Moscow mule which had specially made ginger ice cubes.
What makes this a stand out place to visit is not just the view but the great staff. Very friendly, attentive and engaging.

We have visited The Edge on several occasions, and each time it was a fabulous experience.
Firstly, and most importantly, the view is utterly breathtaking. I can't think of a better location to enjoy a drink as the sun goes down!
Their extensive drink and cocktail menu has something for everyone. The cocktails are freshly made to order and are truly delicious.
On our last visit, we decided to have a bite to eat too. We sampled some of the tastiest, homemade pizzas. Again, the menu has something for everyone and has one of the most varied pizza selections we have seen on the island.
The staff are always welcoming and go out of their way to ensure that you have a fantastic time.

This is a must for anyone staying in Callao Salvaje. A stunning location just above the ricks at the ocean’s edge with a wonderful choice of tapas, local cuisine and international dishes. Super cocktails and live musical entertainment at weekends.

Not only were the Happy Hour drinks exquisite, the staff were wonderful as well. We did not intend to have dinner(s) but the view enticed us to stay longer and also to order food; their pizzas were above average. Come for the view but stay for the service and the food and drink! We did, three times!

After reading the reviews I decided to book a table for myself and husband on our first night - via whatsapp! We absolutely loved it from start to finish. The waitress that served us was lovely. We had a bottle of Prosecco whilst watching the amazing sunset with tapas - garlic prawns, pardon peppers, bruschetta, chicken skewers, patatas bravas and a Greek salad. It was all lovely. Then finished off with a limoncello fizz cocktail, our bill was 80€.
It was so great we booked again for our final night, we had two tapas to start again the prawns and also tried the chicken croquettes - gorgeous! we had pre ordered the meat paella, and the table was all set ready for its arrival. All washed down with a few cocktails and beers. Again service and sunset were both amazing! The staff treated us like royalty and really couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you so much! Our bill was 100€ the second time. Absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Stunning location overlooking the bay, romantic afternoon spent drinking cocktails (check out their specials 2-4-1) my favourite Pornstar Martini was being served on Wednesday between 4pm and 6pm, so hubby and I reserved a table and for lunch had the Hummus sharing platter. A fabulous few hours soaking up the sun and sea. The staff are wonderful, friendly and chatty making everything perfect.

was my first time abroad and went to try the evening menu at the edge, we was sat in at a nice table with a sea view, the food was good when came out to the table and the service wasn’t great. we had our table cleaned and was sat for half an hour waiting for the bill after asking g multiple times for it. was only offered one drink and no more and the menu at the front stated a few more then what was in the menu when we go inside

There is no better place for such stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. A very special place which we love and feel very lucky to be able to visit regularly on our holidays. Great food, fantastic cocktails and the staff are all so special too. Highly recommended!!

Superb to have the Edge back open again. You will struggle to find a better location for a drink anywhere in Tenerife. Amazing view overlooking the Atlantic with some particularly stunning sunsets out towards the island of La Gomera.

The Edge is a gorgeous place to spend some time overlooking the most spectacular of views. The service is exceptional, Stefano and I think Viktor were really friendly and talkative. The food was lovely too, I would definitely recommend booking

The view is absolutely extraordinary with red sunsets to frame. Sufficiently diversified menu with refined and quality dishes. Friendly staff, whose friendliness improves over time like the best red wines.

What a super place to visit! We booked in advance and had a wonderful table right on the sea front. I’d let them know it was our daughters birthday and they had put balloons on our chairs which was a lovely touch. The service was super and very attentive and generous. The food was excellent value and very tasty. The cocktails were delicious. It was not overpriced at all and we loved our meal. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
