Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent food in a pleasant environment but we were a bit rushed and felt that owner and staff wanted us out as soon as possible.

Don’t ignore some of the terrible reviews like I did. This restaurant serves unreasonably expensive food and, despite the fact the place was empty, the service was terrible. It is absolutely not up to the standard of the price. If you want a great dining...experience, don’t dine here.More

The restaurant was completely empty. Limited choices (not surprising given the lack of customers). Tomato salad was adequate and the seafood paella was nothing out of the ordinary. It was hot enough but the seafood did not taste fresh. To be expected given the complete...lack of customers.More

Seafood paella VERY good. Rice cooked perfectly, depth of flavour and the freshness of the seafood shone through. Wine very cold and kept in an ice bucket. Service polite, prompt and attentive.

Great service and food. The best salad (Salad Sa Nansa) and cheesecake I ever had. Amazing view on top, right next to the see.

A nicely decorated restaurant .... on walking distance (300 m, 4 min) from Ibiza Gran Hotel and offering outside dinner as well. We had dinner inside on September 12, 2019, because of the windy weather this evening. Only 6 people, inclusive ourselves , this evening...(quiet). One main dish was ‘gamba roja mediana’, 10 small shrimps in garlic sauce...... taste ok.... have a look at the pics.... it’s a big shame that this restaurant dares to serve this dish for € 38,50. Half price €19,25 would fit much better ! The second main dish was ‘solomillo à la planc’ (filet steak), ordered ‘medium’, it was served ‘rare’ and cold inside. The vegetables were badly cooked (not ‘al dente’). We have told the waiter (waitress didn’t speak English 🧐) and said that we were not interested in a new filet steak. The Spanish Rueda was ok 👍. Don’t go here !!!More

Expensive and unsophisticated. If you, like me, are willing to pay expensive for a dining experience, then this is not your place. Ordinary food, restaurant under a residential condominium without great comfort. Without any sophistication what a Michelin standard dish or fine restaurant usually requires....Attendance of a good lady and a less attentive of younger girl. If you are looking for an unforgettable and even expensive dinner you will only have a high cost.More

Traditional Seafood Cuisine at it’s Best. Just pass through the doors of Sa Nansa and you will be welcomed with warmth & tranquility by their wonderful staff, white tablecloths and calming decore. The Ibicencan owners and head chefs may welcome you themselves and be pleased to personalize your meal; after all their traditional recipes paired with local seafood have been pleasing locals and visitors alike for years. Another tradition at Sa Nansa is high-end service and modern presentation offering an extensive wine lis as well. Culture and quality thrive here every day. Treat yourself to both. Can recommend this refined eaterie for a good lunch with it’s clean light tones. Enjoyed their Huevos de Corral (free range eggs) con Jamon Iberico to start followed by Black Rice Blind (arroz negro de ciego).

Sa Nansa is a must when you are in Ibiza. Excellent food all round and we highly recommend the fish and the best paella on the island. Try the “arroz a banda”.. mouthwatering!! The service is very friendly and professional and the owners Pere &...Pepita are charming and attentive. Nice atmosphere and a favourite with the locals Be sure to ask for a shot of the local hierbas liquor after yout meal!More

Beyond charming is the best way to describe the experience of eating at Sa Nansa. Seven of us from across the United States took a trip to Spain and ended the trip in Ibiza, and chose to close our trip with a last dinner here....It being the off-season, the restaurant was empty when we arrived. The wine selection was fantastic, starting off with a sparkling rosado that was divine, followed by the Iberian jamon, finally two different types of paella (and a steak for the non-fish eater in the group), and dessert all the way around. The food all around was fantastic, the staff very attentive and the chef/owner was so delightful. He came up and talked about the dishes, was very interested in us, and at the end offered us shots of a delightful herbal liquer, which he joined in on. All around, an amazing way to close out or amazing trip.More
