We stopped for a quick meal after visiting the Sound. My husband really enjoyed his fish and chips, and I feasted on Niarbyl crab on a crusty baguette. Yum!

Whether you want a snack while out walking or a full meal you will not be disappointed at the Sound cafe. A good range of food available. It's ideal for a special meal in the evening but best book before you go.

Dropped in for a coffee, as I was in the area. The views and location of this cafe are stunning, a must "place to go" for anyone visiting the IOM. All the staff are so friendly and happy, which is becoming more of a rarity these days! I'm told they have new furniture being delivered soon, which I'm sure will... More

After a closure of nearly 2 months for change of operators I was pleased to see this island favourite has now reopened. Tea and cake were good (definite improvement) and service excellent. Refurbishment continues to be carried out and the new operators seem very keen. Promise for the future.

Very disappointed to visit today with family members who live on the island to discover the cafe was closed! Even surprised my family who live there as it is normally open all year round. There was a catering truck similar to what is at a fair with dirty greasy dishwater in the sink and NO toilet facilities with wasn't good!!... More

We visited this beautiful spot when we were staying with friends in Port Erin. The visitors centre has a nice cafe / restaurant. My daughter had a meal and was pleased with the quality. We all sat by the window overlooking a very picturesque scene and had coffee and cake which although quite expensive was very good quality. The staff... More

We came here for lunch last week, just after landing at the airport. We figured that our friends would love the position, and the views across to the Calf of Man, which of course they did. The cafe was busy, but we were lucky enough to get a table by the window to take advantage of the view. The menu... More
