This is my updated review of Dusicake owned and run by the very talented Dusica Roberts. The cakes and coffee are always of the highest standard but in recent times Dusica has added Afternoon Teas to her offerings. WOW.... What an incredible experience! DusiCake is situated on the corner of an unassuming street. Quirky on the exterior, and similarly quirky inside, slow jazz playing in the background, to set a relaxing atmosphere. My partner has allergies to gluten, soya and dairy and DusiCake...was the closest place to home where we could enjoy an allergy free cream tea (NOTE : You need to let them know a few days before about your allergies, so that they can cater for you). My partner had been in hospital for the entirety of May and so deserved a treat - DusiCake is around 120 miles from home in Worcestershire - and we hoped it would be worth it. Well, to say we weren't disappointed would be the understatement of the millennium. It was SENSATIONAL!! Gluten free, soya free, dairy free sandwiches, sausage rolls, cheese and onion tarts, cup cakes, mouse, macaroons, scones, cream ALL made by the owner FRESH, on the morning of our visit. Nothing there disappointed us, it was all fresh, tasty beyond belief (the chocolate and raspberry mousse was to die for) and presented beautifully. Not only would I recommend you visit, but if you are holidaying in Weston or Bristol or Burnham or even further afield, book yourself in here as a MUST DO, I promise it will make a wonderful holiday memory. We feel like we've discovered a hidden gem of the UK cafe scene and we can't wait to return... Will happily travel 2 hours to experience this again. I am so glad I found this lovely cake shop and it is only a 2-minute walk from where I live. I love their gluten-free cherry bakewell cupcake and caramel latte, sometimes I will sit in there which is a very cozy, nice atmosphere and...lovely welcoming staff. XMore

This is the second visit for afternoon tea. We had the festive afternoon tea in November and went back today to celebrate our Birthdays. We received a lovely warm welcome and the food was just amazing ! The quality of the produce truly outstanding, and...the quantity!!! We both came home with goodie boxes. The cafe is decorated beautifully and even the toilet is worth a visit! Best afternoon tea for miles! We will return!More

How ever long they had been in the glass case for I'll never no the worst cup cakes I've had from here very disappointed rock hard butercream on the top had a feeling at the time she's was putting them in the box they wasn't...fresh been hanging about to long in glass case there was no way thease cakes we bought were fresh will never go here againMore

We went to Dusicake shop and they had a great selection of cup cakes, including a gluten free selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the biggest problem was knowing which one of the great cakes to try, so we tried two! What a find - I was taken here by a friend yesterday - good job I don't live in Burnham and only visit occasionally because I would be eating a cake from here every day - maybe 2 cakes!. I had a gluten free cherry...bakewell cup cake - so moist, light and very yummy and I took a salted caramel one home for my other half who said it was the best cake he had ever tasted. - I will definitely be a regular visitor now.More

Next level cakes. Beautifully soft sponge, delicious icing and every cake has a special touch of pizzazz. Well worth a trip for coffee and a slice of heaven.
