Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We don’t live far from BOS so decided to drive down for a couple of hours. It was a very cold day so decided just to have some lunch then head home :-))) We noticed this little cafe and decided to pop in, there was...a table right next to the window/door so we went to the back of the restaurant for some warmth, sadly the staff kept leaving the door at the back open even when my husband kept going and closing it. But apart from that hiccup the food was very nice, and I would return but when the weathers warmer :-))))More

We stumbled upon this delightful cafe and struck gold by the service from Linda, Karen and Susan . They were so helpful with local information. We initially went in for tea and coffee but soon we found ourselves ordering top class smoothies and milkshakes. The...only downside is that we were only in Burnham on sea for the day and were sorry we could not sample their home made food which looked delicious.More

Cafe Aroma recently provided the catering for the 'wake' following a funeral. Anna was really helpful from the outset, helping us to plan what was required. The food she provided was absolutely delicious, the service provided was first class and I would highly recommend her...catering service to anyone.More

We had a really nice visit to this cafe. It’s small but that’s no reflection on the service and food. The lovely lady was very accommodating to our (many) needs and couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We will definitely be...back 😊More

Usually call in for morning coffee, but were later and had lunch. I had the daily special of quiche and my wife had a pannini, along with 2 cappos! It was very good as always.

a haunt for some of the elderly, a menu that is a bit bland, prices that aren't arm-twisters, but you can pick what you want on your sandwich or baguette. It isn't so bad, but exciting it is not.

Always pop in here on my lunch break for a ‘salad bowl’ or with friends & family for lunches, or cuppa & cake, lovely fresh food, home made cakes, always delicious and served by happy, friendly staff. My favourite cafe in town!

This place isn’t horribly bad, but it certainly doesn’t warrant more than 2 stars. Firstly, the floor around our table was filthy and the fly strip was full - not nice to look at during lunch. Secondly, one of the ladies that served us obviously...didn’t want to be there; she got my order wrong and was abrupt which came off quite rude. Thirdly, the ‘fresh organic soup’ I ordered was very clearly tinned Heinz. Overall a disappointing experience, we won’t be back.More

Cafe Aroma is a lovely little cafe in Burnham. Being local we visit occassionally, it can get busy at peak time so we tend to go it for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Lovely cakes. Great fresh salad bar with lots of choice.
