The first thing the restaurant was very hot with nothing to help cool the area. Next the service was slow and confused. Then the drinks was mediocre at best the BBC drink had no taste with no alcohol tasted like dregs of a Pina colada....The mud slide no alcohol very little creaminess and for some reason nutmeg on the whipped cream. Now the food was dreadful. Had the burger. It smelled like corned beef. Was very dry and had a very almost rancid taste. The best thing on the plate was the Cole slaw and chips for $US 20 it was very disappointing. One of my table mate had the flying fish sandwich and it was unseasoned and bland our English guest was very disappointedby this as it was the first time she had flying fish in a long time. This was very a very disappointing outing and really will not be returning or recommending any to visit here.More

Whether you are coming for a drink or a bite to eat, Sharkey’s is great. We usually popped in here for a drink before we went to a restaurant for dinner. It has a fun and lively atmosphere, always busy, and the staff are great,...really friendly and attentive. The drinks are good, they do a lovely rum sour, and reasonable priced. On the evenings when we didn’t want to go a restaurant and wanted something more casual and chilled we ate there too. The food is really good, they have a very varied menu, from catch of the day to a club sandwich, there really is something for everyone. The portion sizes are big, we never had to wait too long, and it was always well cooked and fresh. Again, really reasonably priced too, what’s not to like!More

Another recommendation from our friends and we visited twice. Wow the burger was probably the best I have ever had. Chips however on our first visit as pictured were not the best bit soft and greasy, but this didn't stop us returning. The restaurant has...a great vibe busy with those just wanting a cocktall and or those wanting to eat. Nachos are huge, we returned as we liked the vibe and my wife wanted to have the burger having had the chicken one first time round that had plantain in it, first time experience and not to her taste :) Prices are reasonable I was told the cocktails are good but I stuck with the Banks. You have to give this place a try unless you want a silent meal then its not for you.More

Always stop here for drinks and lite snacks. I reviewed in 2017....and raved about the mac pie with chicken. Went there hungry and it's no longer on the menue. So disappointed. Staff new to me (last visit 2020) missed seeing some familiar faces but new...staff is just as friendly. Shout out to Anton and Darian.More

We stopped here for drinks one night and they were excellent, so went back another night for dinner. Had the mango daiquiris again (2 for 1), and the flying fish cutter, also excellent, as was the service!

This place is very cheerful and reasonably priced, nice selection of food and drinks served quickly. Mudslide is the nicest!

Only had rum and cokes but can’t comment on the cocktails . Service was good and hubby enjoyed his oversized burger , my fried chicken had been over fried and was bland and dried out . Generally a real mixed experience !

Sadly, like most of St Lawrence Gap venues, Sharkey's is very dated and the food is of a poor standard. The staff are nice and friendly however and are in my opinion the only good thing about this place. (Have been visiting Barbados for years).

Poor food , overpriced drinks, not a clean place place abd very dated, the only saving grace is the hard working staff...

Flying fish sandwich was good but the coke was terrible. Service was friendly and the location is great. Rum was also fine.

When in Barbados always go at least once for their Chicken Wings - the best I have ever tasted. No more need be said!
