Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was here for holiday with my girlfriend. The location Is perfect. Also the quality for foods and drinks. We have eaten some Sushi and i think it was one of the best i've tried. Staff was super wholehearted!!!! And the sunset is so suggestive!...If you go to Menorca, you have to go to this fantastic club/restaurant.More

Having read very mixed reviews of the Isabella Beach club we though we would give it a chance. We were pleasantly surprised. Apart from the outstanding view of the sunset, the staff were very friendly, the food was great and the cocktails amazing. The menu...was a bit limited unless you like sushi and was probably better suited to adults than family. Hoping to revisit next summer for a date night with my husband.More

The place is beautiful, i cannot say anything bad of it but is the only good thing I can say and it's a pitty. Service terrible, nice girls but without experience, nice guys but slowly. Nice food presentation but the same you can eat in...a japanese street restauant for 10€ and we paid much more. It's a cool place for people who don't know about food, i felt they were kidding me and it was my birthday so I felt really disapointed. Go there only for the views.More

Since last year (awful) they have improved massively. Been 3 times this summer and it's been great. Staff much more focussed and clearly know what they are doing. Location lovely for a sundowner or later drink. Haven't eaten here yet but the Tapas, Sushi etc...looked good and not bad value. Such a relief that they have got their act together, as the venue is one of the best in the north of the island.More

Went with th a large party of family for after beach drinks to watch sunset. Wasn't prepared for the occasion but some of our party felt a little underdressed. From the white attire of the staff and the deep house music it all felt very...cool and tranquil. We had drinks only with my wife opting to share a bottle of the very good value wine. She had to enquire whether the wine was priced per glass or bottle as seeemd too good a deal. Soft drinks were fairly priced but €10 for a cocktail a little steep. Service was good from being met by a Maitre D' who steered us to a large table around the corner from the main area..a fair decision as the kids didn't really want to be sat being resplendent...just wanted to mess on the cliffs. The staff were very happy to act as instagram takers for the visitors with plenty of smiles. Even though we didn't eat the Sushi menu sounded amazing. Overall an unforgettable experience with the main player being the vista itself.More

Stayed at Tramantona Park in May 2017, and could see the beach bar from the apt, but its not on a beach!, very white, views are good, but our views form the apt were just as good!, only went once, cocktails are about 9 euros...each, could easily spend a fortune there, not a great atmosphere, does not seem to fit in with the local image, this is Minorca not Ibiza!, but if you have loads to spend you will be happy hereMore

Very white, very cool, but too pretentious to survive. Think Ibiza, South Beach Miami, but without the service you come to expect. All the staff look the part, but need to remember they are there to serve food and drink and aren't on the catwalk....predominantly Spanish customers who crave 'cool'More

I very rarely write reviews, but this place sorely needs one! Beautiful setting, should have been amazing. Unfortunately the service was nothing short of shocking. Left to sit for 20 minutes without a drink...eventually managed to stop a passing waiter who looked down with disdain...and said "someone will be with you". Ten minutes later, "someone" hadn't arrived, so I went up to the bar to be met with the cold shoulder from several waiting staff and was literally told to sit down as the girl behind the bar was "too busy" to serve me! I kid you not!! I have never ever experienced such terrible service. Worst of it is, there must have been about 15 waiting staff...all ignoring clients and arrogantly wafting around in their all-ensemble. Disgraceful. Don't bother coming here unless you like being spoken to like dirt. P.s as I'm writing this, the drink that I eventually was permitted to order has arrived...only its a Mojito, not a dry white wine as ordered. How difficult is it to get that right?!More

The rebranding of the former Reclau/Jaspers is welcomed. One of the most beautiful locations in MENORCA, and heralded by radio advertising as the "in" place to watch the sunset. Sadly disappointing, with emphasis on attracting the young beautiful people, but providing quite terrible service. The...beautiful but pretentious staff much more interested in photographing each other rather than bothering about customers. As a local resident, living within 300 m of Isabella, we were, clearly not good enough to to spend our money there. I give it three years max before it follows its predecessors into ruin. Terrible.More

Appalling service, they only cater for Spanish speaking customers even though the area is very culturally mixed with holiday makers, nice view but we wouldn't go near again

This restaurant has been closed for a few years now. It was lovely to see it reopen with new people. We went for dinner when it had just opened and have not been back yet. The views are stunning, right on the edge of the...bay. The food was average, not the best but definately not the worst. We ordered a vegetarian paella and were disappointed. The wine list was not extensive enough and we struggled to get a good white wine. The staff are lovely, relaxed and very friendly. I suspect this restaurant will up its game next year and become very popular. I have heard a whisper that they have things planned, I hope so because the potential is enormous. We will return next season.More

We stumbled across this restaurant by chance, as we had been looking around Playas de Fornells and we were getting a bit peckish. It is at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, with idyllic view across the bay, to the distant Cap de Cavalleria. They have...a full a la carte menu and you can have anything from a snack to a full meal. We decided to have the menu of the day, which has three price bands; 18, 25 and 30 Euros per person. We liked the sound of the 25 Euro version. This might seem a little pricey for a menu of the day but that is for 3 courses, plus bread and garlic dip and a drink (beer, wine, water or soft drink.) The views are amazing and the food was equally impressive. I had Calamari to start with and my wife had Caesar salad, both were delicious. We both had baked cod for mains and the fish was cooked to perfection. Apple pie with cream and ice cream respectively followed. It was a truly superb, leisurely lunch, in picture postcard surroundings. There is indoor seating but with those views, unless you went on a rainy day, outside is the place to be. If you don't want food, you can still go there for a drink.More
