I called in to the Curran Court a couple of months ago for an early evening meal and as on previous visits the food was excellent. Service was prompt and delivered in the friendly and helpful manner I've come to expect from the staff at the Curran Court. It seems to me a bit of a shame that, as with... More

This is by far the best place for a meal in this area. Our last of many visits was on the 12 th July when we had another excellent meal. As usual the portions were generous and the service 1 class. This is a great place to start a trip to the Glens of Antrim, or to finish off a... More

Went into this hotel today to get a meal. The food came out and the chips were dark brown, full of grease - revolting. I said to the waiter that we did not like them. He lifted the dish and came back with MORE OF THE SAME. We said we did not want to eat them. He snapped the plate... More

A friend and I made our annual pilgrimage to Curran Courts Alexander Restaurant and I'm delighted to say it was up to the usual high standard we have come to expect. We had the traditional Christmas dinner. Delicious vegetable soup to start with followed by turkey and ham that was both tender and tasty along with all the trimmings. Sprouts... More

Yesterday 4 locals entertaining 5 visitors from New Zealand thought Curran Court Hotel would be a nice place to take them for afternoon tea/coffee. We were made to sit in the foyer beside the toilets? We were served coffee with scones which were burnt and so hard they could break windows. We were charged £39.80 for this abominable service. Needless... More

I came back here for lunch and ordered a meal that I'd had before - rainbow trout with chopped almonds. It wasn't quite hot, not hot enough for my liking. I also had some champ and potatoes, and a very nice side dish of mashed carrots and parsnips. There was also cabbage and tartar sauce. I liked the sauce. The... More
