This place is right next door from the Grecian Park. The prices are half those at the hotel, there are plenty of TV's to watch, a pool table and darts board. The two chaps who run the place (sorry I only know George by name) are really nice blokes. Especially George who supports Accrington Stanley he said (and then told... More

Happy hour for cocktails between seven and eight staff very helpful prices are average and it's a little trek up the hill. From where we are staying - bus routes and stop right outside the place worth a visit free wi fi

Stayed at the Konnos Bay. No entertainment and not even a bar there just a taverna that also serves drinks. This place was a lifesaver and if we were not going on the bus to Protaras or Ayia Napa at least we had some sort of nightlife. Used to go here and then down the hill for a meal to... More

We are just back from an 11 night stay at the Grecian Park hotel outside Protaras. There was not a lot to do at night in the hotel for ourselves and our 11year old son. Lucky enough right beside the hotel is the Cape bar which we decided to give a go. We went into the bar and we were... More

I had a great time with the amazing view of Protaras and excellent service! Don't forget to taste the Cypriot traditional wines; "Kyklamino", "Eleni" and "Akmi".

In the 'posh' area around Greacian Park hotel, Cape Bar is a real rebel. It stands out due to its welcoming simplicity. I loved the interior of the bar. It actually looks like a normal British pub. It offers the selection of draught beers as a normal British pub, too. The menu is not very extensive but is just enough... More

Description
The Cape Bar is located between Ayia Napa and Protaras (next to the Grecian Park Hotel). It has a stunning location overlooking Protaras and Cape Greco and demonstrates the natural beauty of the area with amazing views of land and sea. It is primarily a family bar, situated close to these resorts, but away from the hustle and bustle they create. The surrounding tranquillity of the area is quite unique. Close-by there is the opportunity to swim at Konos Bay, or in the sea caves of Cape Greco. The more adventurous can dive, do some fishing, climbing or hiking. However those just wanting to relax can observe the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea, especially the spectacular sunsets over a drink or two and a bite to eat. The hospitality of George is second to none, which is equally matched by the ambience of the place itself. The decor is warm and attractive and includes a bar with accompanying pool and darts areas. There is an outside play area for toddlers including a play-house and slides. Drinks and food are competitively priced, with a menu that is popular and offers an excellent range of pub food freshly prepared on the premises and well presented. A visit to the Cape Bar is a must - do come and experience the welcoming hospitality offered by George. For sure once visited you'll always return.
