We had this restaurant in Draguignan recommended and wanted to try it out for lunch. It was very good. We had a three course meal and every dish was good. The prices are very reasonable. We have already recommended this restaurant to our friends who will be going next week.

Excellent value for lunch with menu of the day - main course (yesterday it was roast guinea fowl), dessert and a glass of wine for €22. The restaurant only seats around 20, and seems popular with locals (we were greeted & hands shaken by new arrivals as though we belonged!) - it's worth booking in advance ... can book on-line... We love the restaurant and have been regulars for years. The food and service is consistently excellent. There is a new summer menu and we tried a number of options at dinner and they were all superb. The lunch menu - 2 courses with a glass of wine at 22 Euros is great value too. Definitely worth a visit if... More

Stopped here based on Trip Advisor reviews and could not have been more impressed. Outstanding food, and service. We (4 of us) had the fixed price menu and enjoyed lamb, beef, and seafood after excellent starters. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures. We couldn't resist digging in once the food arrived. Service was as good as the food. Will definitely... More

If you want a nice and quiet place with quality food, in the Var away from the glitzy and busy riviera, then Lou Galoubet is worth a visit. Consistently good food ( I have been visiting for 10 years now), and the chef Philippe always delivered together with Nathalie's warm acceuil.

I had a great meal and experience eating at Lou Galoubet in August 2015. It is probably the best restaurant in the village. The inside is modern cozy, the service is like family (really!) and quite efficient, the wine and the food were great. Chef Phillippe Rousselot obviously cares about his craft. He was using local peppers for one of... More

I dined here on a Tuesday in a party of six family and friends. There was a table of four and a table of two already seated when we arrived. No-one else came, which meant that we were afforded a very personal and attentive service. The air conditioning was welcome and gentle, whilst soft music added to the pleasant and... More

A wonderful dinner on a Thursday night but we were the only two people served by the restaurant the entire evening. High quality pre fixe dinner of four courses at a reasonable price. Despite other comments, I found the dining room quite attractive. I'm just not sure this town can support multiple restaurants of this quality but in fairness, I... More

Went twice over the Christmas break, once for lunch and on the second occasion for dinner, the decor isn't great but that's not the point it's the FOOD ! If your in the South of France do go you won't be disappointed , from a wonderful salade de noix. de St Jacques to a divine piece of veal with a... More
