Love the atmosphere of this place and the food selection is also very good. The fruit rojak is not to be missed for sure. We also tried a bottle of Toddy ( it's a kind of coconut derived drink) which was very fresh. It's nestled in a housing area but definitely worth a visit for a decent meal. Expect delays... More

Yummy food, the fish curry and steam prawns were delicious. The atmosphere were very cosy. Price very reasonable. A must try restaurant when you visit Sungai Petani. Its about 7 min drive from Park Avenue Hotel.

Mae salong is set in a beautiful kelong house amidst a koi carp pond. The tables are made of wood and there is a rustic country feel to it. Lovely ambience. You can fish feed for the carps and watch them eat. The food is above average though I was disappointed not to be able to order some of my... More

The main highlight of the food in this restaurant is the Tom Yam with Seafood. The taste of the tom yam soup is spicy and sour, thumbs up, The more you taste the tom yam soup, you will felt the sweat coming out. It was really satisfying. I come back every month.

We went to the restaurant (9 adults n 4 young kids), the restaurant is very spacious and suitable for big group. Don't worry abt the spicy Thai food, u can get non-spicy food here too (i.e. Fried kangkung is awesome, MUST-TRY). Everyone is happy with the meal, thumb's up. We miss it~~~

Food is excellent and to my liking. Personally, I love their green curry chicken as it is so tasty. Would definitely come back here again.

Nice tranquil location to savour the variety of thai and malaysian dishes. Set within its own compound with water features and sprawling expanse, one to be visited

We went on 27/2/2016 for dinner. We order siakap, lala, sotong and veg. All the seafood is not fresh. As for lala, all I can taste is sourness. We order salted egg sotong, sotong is very rubbery and very greasy. There's no crunch to it at all. The veg is ok. However, the garden is very beautiful and well tended.
