Great experience

Fantastic service, lovely atmosphere and great food! Very family friendly and were able to accommodate a table of 14 of us.

Beautiful Food

Visited the coffee shop on Sunday with my Sister. We had a Sunday roast and a homemade chicken curry. The food and service were amazing! We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. A visit here never disappoints!

CURRY WAS HORRIBLE

I ordered chicken curry, chips and rice as my partner ordered that last week and it was delicious. But how bad and horrible my curry was and the portion size was interesting. (I think I must have had the last of the chips (10 small...ones) and rice. There was no vegetables and the powdered curry used was disgusting and the colour was very off putting. I complained about the curry and was told that several other customers had complained as well. I have never complained before but this time I had to and write a review.More

Great breakfast, great place 👍

Lovely breakfast, proper bacon, very tasty. Staff really professional. Food hall great, not overpriced. Will definitely return.

Fab Sunday Lunch

Food hall

We purchased some carrot cake and it was the worst carrot cake I have ever eaten, no carrot, sultanas or nut in it just laced with spices which left a nasty taste in the mouth

Best breakfast ever!

I have had cooked breakfasts in so many places with such a range of quality. The Farmhouse breakfast here is by far the best! Local produce which includes ‘real’ sausages, beautifully cooked tasty bacon and free range eggs. Excellent meal at an excellent price!

Add to shopping

While at the farm shop, popped in for tea/coffee and toast. Staff friendly good space lots of tables available, collected own drinks, toast bought to you by the staff, tasty bread jam also available if want. A nice break from shopping

Friendly staff, fantastic food!

We missed breakfast as they stopped serving at 11am so opted for Sunday Lunch instead which is served from 11:30 onwards. So glad we missed breakfast now as the Sunday dinner was absolutely delicious! Everything cooked to perfection and extra portion of gravy is a...bonus!!More

Great place!

Lovely food, nice atmosphere! Always enjoy coming here with the friendly staff and great choice of foods, including the "half rice, half chips" with the curry.

Mixed bag

Christmas Eve breakfast treat. First the positive. We have enjoyed the food here for many years. The quality of the ingredients and that of the cooking this morning are as good as ever. What a great pity that what should be a 5 rating was...spoiled by the unhappy unhelpful and non communicative front of house staff . There was only a handful of customers in at the time, they were not busy at that point so no excuses, you let the team down.More

Happy Customer

This place is definitely worth a visit. Beautiful setting, lovely cafe with friendly staff and really good meals. Good portion size and the best Sunday lunch. There's always a warm welcome when we visit. It was always great here but since the recent refurbishment, it...is even better. As a regular customer, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others! Looking forward to our next visit.More

WOW - what a find! 10 stars ******

Just spent an excellent weekend in Usk and we were lucky enough to find this gem of a place when visiting the garden centre and shops, I must add that you can definitely tell this is privately owned from the personal service you get. We...had lunch and snacks in the restaurant and then were lucky to get a table to return for Sunday lunch. (I would advise booking if you don’t want to be disappointed) Food was first class and all the staff that served us were extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you we will most definitely be back when next in the areaMore
