We went here for dinner and hands down was the best food we had eaten all trip. Such a lovely place fresh food all wait staff were amazing. We returned back for another meal 2 days later and they had a singer on best night...of the trip.More

What can I say… we arrived in Tenerife to the TUI blue Hotel, had a terrible experience and didn’t want to stay. We visited the Wine Bar and Terrace, where we were treated with respect and served the best food and drink in Los Gigantes....Sarah and her team are absolute professionals but more than that treat people with the utmost respect. The Wine Bar and Terrace saved our holiday. The food was amazing and the staff were the best. This was the worst meal we've had in Los gigantes, if you like over cooked frozen chips and frozen fish this is the place for you, had better meals at my year olds parties in Macdonalds, do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs...😡More

The wine bar & terrace has wonderfull & pleasant welcoming staff, The food was excellent & generous portions too. We thought this would be a lovely last night experience however we were disappointed. Waited 45 minutes for our order to be taken then another 30 minutes for food. We ordered garlic bread to start and steaks with canarian potatoes for main. All arrived together....Garlic bread cold and rock hard. My steak was freezing and peppercorn sauce cold and lumpy. Potatoes were boiled and tastless so not what I have enjoyed in other restaurants. I sent my meal back and the replacement came with a slightly warmer steak but wrong sauce. I had to then ask for cutlery. Very poor quality and service. No real apology as they stated they were busy. Save your 40 euros and go to the sizzling punjab across the road.More

This was our first time to Tenerife and we stayed at the Harbour Club. Our flight was late and we didn’t get there until Midnight. Martin and Sarah were so welcoming and we returned there for dinner most nights or drinks and the entertainment every...night. The staff were all so lovely and attentive, even when really busy. The food was amazing, some of the best meals we’ve ever had. The entertainment was really enjoyable. Sarah and Martin have only been running it for a short while but have managed to create a really good atmosphere with great views, delicious food and their hospitality is a credit to them.More
