I think that the one criticism of Marriott Hotels in general is that the food is often too pedestrian, often bordering bland. We enjoyed many of our meals at this St Kitts Marriott, it's just nothing stood out as exceptional, let alone terrific. We saved the Blu for our last night and splurged on surf and turf. I can't say... More

This restaurant was very good. The service was good as well. The windows open to let in the breeze from the ocean. It was a nice quiet and relaxing meal.

We had dinner here as part of a business-sponsored trip, so it was included with our stay at the Marriott. Our dinners were excellent and the service was wonderful. If you get the red snapper, make sure you're hungry! It was wonderful, but I could only finish half. Another visitor we met on the beach, who has been to St.... More

Went for the rock lobster buffet. Choice was also barbecue chicken. Nice choice of salads. Chicken was very tasty, while the lobster was just okay. Dessert selections were basically fruit and chocolate pudding. Not worth $42 per.

My husband and I returned to St. Kitts after 12 years and returned to the Marriott and Blu. We had a delicious meal of sea scallops and red snapper. The fish dip (sounds odd but it is to die for!) is exceptional and the service very warm. The staff clearly wanted us to enjoy our time at Blu and we... More

This place is the best at Marriott's St Kitt Hotel! The service is excellent and the menu is phenomenal. Everything we ordered was great! No complaints at all.

Like the Steakhouse. Good food, fair service. Hotel restaurant. Nothing bad to say about it but nothing blew me away either.

Ate here on Thursday night. ..fresh catch special. Had the `whole fish snapper.` It was quite good! The crab cakes app was not bad either. Good service, decent food nice quiet atmosphere. Nice alternative if you don't feel like leaving the compound.

Beautiful restaurant which part of the Marriott St. Kitts. Eaten twice during our stay--one special catch night and had whole grilled red snapper which was phenomenal! Other night had taste of St. Kitts menu with tropical salad, rock lobster with mango salsa and bananas Foster bread pudding. Food price is typical for the island but not more than less beautiful... Staying at the Marriott we tried a couple if the property restaurants. The food was great here, service good, air conditioning was not working so that was uncomfortable. It is pricey but food quality was excellent. Had the crab cake and grouper and were pleased.
