Had a lovely meal here; quiet romantic environment, excellent attentive and friendly service. Enjoyed a tuna tare starter, sea bass entree that delighted both my husband and I, tipped off with a chocolate tart that barely survived its plate. Loved the appropriately chill music played in background. Good job Marriott!

Dinnner was fair. Out of the 4 people at our table, one was considered good. But good at a price of $115 per couple that did not include drinks only water is not acceptable in our opinion.

This was my 2nd time at BLU at the Marriot for the Monday night Lobster special. The special is soup, salad, dinner and desert. The soup was a lobster bisque and it was delicous. We really enjoyed the lobster dinner. The waitstaff was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Blu for a good lobster dinner at a good price.

Blu is right at the Marriott, so it's great if you don't want to travel far and you are at that resort. The seafood is very good, the service wonderful, but it is a bit overpriced.

Nice location. Food was good. We went on a "specialty" BBQ night. Would probably try on a "normal" night if we went again.

Go on Lobster fest night! Great meal. Service was excellent. Air conditioning didn't work very well but when we asked to move outside since there seemed to be a breeze, it seemed to get cooler so maybe they just need someone to complain about it being too warm.

One would think that a restaurant at a premier resort on an island would have fresh fish and be able to prepare it. Unfortunately Blu is not up to the task. While the atmosphere was excellent, good view, decent decor, the conch/lobster fritters were doughy and tasteless, the sea bass was dry and the snapper was undoubtedly a bit past... More

Salad with fresh cut cubes of cucumber and bits of pineapple was very tasty. Dressing was lite. Lobster was cooked just right. I really appreciated the flavor of the pepper, mango and citrus. It was a refreshing change to the usual butter laden lobster. Chose this over the other rated lobster place on the strip because we wanted to be... More

Although not a big fan of hotel dining. Blu is an exception - very nice restaurant located at the St Kitts Marriott - right by the pool, overlooking the Atlantic. Attentive service and interesting menu selections. I opted for the West Indies Jerk Mahi - not to spicy with lots of flavors. Accompanied by rice and beans, carrots, broccoli. Broke... More

A group of 6 of us went here for Lobster night. It was serve yourself salad and soup bar, with a serve yourself dessert bar. Soup was good, salad was ok. Lobster was served to you, but you did have to go to get drawn butter. The lobster was dry for everyone in the party with the exception of one.
