It was our anniversary dinner fifty-three years ago. The magnificent chestnut tree, under whose shade we had lunch, is worth a visit. We greatly appreciated the inventive cuisine of the chef and the smiling and attentive service of the whole team. We mentioned at the Reservation the special character of this meal. Our aperitif was accompanied by a small slice of foie gras and dessert with a candle pricked on a strawberry placed on a plate with, traced with chocolate, the mention Happy Birthday. Thank you for the attention that made this excellent meal a privileged and memorable moment.

I've been coming here for years, I've never been disappointed and I'm quite demanding. Impeccable service. Very pleasant setting. High quality cuisine with fresh products for an incredibly low price. We note that the children's menu, at only 12 euros, is real cuisine. Thanks Mallard!

Excellent cuisine served on a terrace shaded by a huge chestnut tree in a beautiful and quiet location. Super nice lunch, a moment of suspended time during our holidays... Thanks to the whole team.

For my mother's 70th birthday, 8 people (5 adults and 3 children): Sitting at the table at 12:30, no menu in hand before 1:00, and not served until 1:30. An hour of waiting, with children, is a long time, very long. Moreover, we were served an amuse bouche but no way to know what we ate since the waitress put it on the table without any explanation. The food was good, but the service clearly lacks efficiency and speed.

What a disappointment for this family lunch this Sunday. We used to go to this restaurant without ever being disappointed but were surprised by the dishes which were tasteless, very banal and had mediocre presentation. Has the restaurant changed ownership? A shame, especially in this pleasant setting.

We ate here to celebrate a special birthday. The meal was well enjoyed by adults and children. Original and sumptuous dishes. Excellent service. Rental in the garden great. Correct price. We ate at this restaurant for a family anniversary. The original and well presented food was appreciated by both adults and children. It was a pleasure to eat in the garden. Excellent service. The price was correct and not unaffordable.

Still a nice place. MENU... STARTER, delicious. DISH, tender meat, the requested cooking is consistent. Accompaniment, baked potatoes spread with goat cheese. Not very happy, the assortment is tasteless, tasteless...and distorts the taste of the potato... Too bad! Dessert? , blah, blah... Very average!

Very good farm to table restaurant hidden away in St Lieux Les Lavaur. We went on a Thursday night, slow night I’m sure, but very well received nonetheless. Tapenade toast and water was brought to the table immediately. The menu options (26 and 33 euros) had plenty of options (including freshwater wild fish) and once ordered our drinks were brought promptly with a nice little cheese amuse-bouche to go with them. Everything was in season, the meat and fish well prepared and cooked. Staff spoke English and French. Highlights for me was the veal onglet and the lime sablé with soft spice ice cream. Recommended!

In a beautiful setting, the tables are arranged under an old chestnut tree, this restaurant was a real surprise. The team is very friendly. The meal discovers a wonder both in terms of the dishes offered and the wine pairing. We will return with great pleasure.

Great place, with intimate rooms. The welcome is very nice and attentive. The menu, although summary, foreshadows homemade products. Indeed, the dishes are of a very beautiful graphics and excellent taste. All served with professionalism and smile. Only small downside, the lack of cuteness with coffee. Many thanks to MIDI by which we discovered you. Thank you and continue to give us such pleasant moments

Pleasant terrace. Very average lunch. 1 main course 1 dessert 2 hours. Well cooked meat. Minimalist vegetables. No wine list. Bread to ask for. Kindness to review. Not listening to the customer. No explanation on the appetizers... outdated staff to see again!!

Lovely place, although hard to find. Very friendly staff. A little disappointed with the plates. The food is good but no research in the presentation. Meals like at home. Given the greedy beep, we expected more effort. Damage.

Having read the positive reviews about Le Colvert, we decided to give it a go (without a reservation) for a Tuesday lunch. Although it looked closed, we headed through the side gate and were met with a warm welcome and the most beautiful tree under which the tables are set. The food was of a very high quality and great value. We had the formule at €15 for 3 courses (wine on top). The celery velouté was delicious but so was the veal. We were so impressed that we rebooked for the following evening. Well done, Le Colvert, you clearly care about your food and service.

Beautiful setting, tables below a beautiful tree that make you forget anything. Nice wine list and good service. Owner is really trying his best to please customers and that is not common in the region :-)
