Local Wine bar in the back ally of the Main Street. You would never guess what a Gem you will find. Staff are super friendly, but the Food is amazing!

Excellent food, however small serving sizes left a hungry crowd looking for snacks afterwards. Service was good but we were told we had a time limit for the next reservations. While excellent quality the value and being on a time limit will not rush back.

Sadly the recommendation by the waitress regarding the portion size of the beet salad as being shareable was off. Waiting for our order of another salad for my companion took more than 20 mins. Disappointing...

We only just discovered this gem today. The steak tartar was outstanding as was the pizza we had. However, the entire menu is locally and sustainably sourced as well as artfully presented. Super friendly staff and it's very apparent that they love working there. Can't wait to go back!

Friday night... we are sitting around at our hotel at Blue Mountain wondering where we should go eat. On a whim decided to drive to Thornbury and visit Bruce Wine Bar, where we had eaten last summer for lunch. I am so so happy we made this choice! We arrived to find the place bustling with a band and full... More

If you are skiing in the Collingwood area all of the restaurants at the base of Blue Mountain in the Village are overpriced and awful!! Bruce Wine Bar is a 10 minute drive North on Hwy 26 and well worth going to. The wine list is great and VERY reasonably priced. The staff are very knowledgeable about the wine. They... More

Happening fun spot for an evening out. Small and intimate and this adds to the open kitchen experience. Two piece band playing upstairs who fit the vib very well. Wood stove pizza was good and rest of our food was very good for the prices. Large wine and drinks selection. Service was as expected for a venue like this. We... More

My husband and I attended the Bruce Wine Bar for a late lunch over the long weekend. They were able to squeeze us into their last open table. The restaurant is very small with only a few tables. I ordered the funghi pizza and my husband had the lamb burger special. Both were very tasty. For drinks we both had... More

We have had many meals with family and friends at the Bruce Wine Bar and it consistently exceeds expectations. Great food, service and drinks. If you haven't been to the Bruce Wine Bar do your taste buds a favour and get there as soon as possible.

At the beginning of January, a group of seven of us came for dinner and were blown away with the food and service. My boyfriend Anthony is the chef of Aria Bistro and Lounge in Brampton, so they chose this spot as part of a mini-getaway for the staff after a crazy holiday season. Having been to Bruce Wine Bar...
