We ordered off of the $6 menu and were very pleased with the value we received. The hamburger was very well cooked and I even got a fresh salad which was delicious. I must say that I really enjoyed the coffee as well. A welcome surprise!

Want a very good place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this is a local place located in Hilldale, Utah. Good food and service. On your way or back from the Grand Canyon North Rim or Lake Powell, stop in and you won't be disappointed.

We ate here a couple of times over the years but went for breakfast the last two Saturdays. We love the small, family owned atmosphere in our area and Merry Wives fits right in. We came for breakfast and both times it was very good. I'm a Bacon and Eggs guy and they give you a very good portion. If... More

We were driving past here after visiting Pipe Springs National Monument. It was raining. We were hungry. Breakfast was way too many hours ago. We admit to being curious about the local culture. It didn't take much convincing either of us to pull off the highway and stop here to eat. A mixed clientele of locals and tourists inside. A... More

Always a friendly staff. You can request deviations from their menu items. Have eaten there for breakfast, lunch and dinner, when scheduled. Their menu is moderate in selection but everything entree I've had has been very good and fresh quality.

Food and service was great. We were reluctant to try this restaurant on the way to the Grand Canyon but we seemed to be in the middle of nowhere and were hungry. We had breakfast and it was great. Lunch also looked wonderful.

My friend and I decided to spend some time driving around in the Hildale/Colorado City/Centennial Park area. The small towns have such an interesting history. While there we stopped by the Merry Wives Cafe for lunch. The menu had so many choices ! The food was fresh and homemade. The prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere is decent. Really...
