All around amazing! Some of the best food, cocktails, and service in Nicaragua. The coffee rubbed pork is a must!

La Finca y el Mar is a beautifully constructed restaurant (truly amazing architecture) right next to the Pacific Ocean. We love the outdoor seating area and the mix of American and Latino cuisine. I've never had a meal that I didn't like and the food is fresh and cooked to perfection. I love the Nicaraguan dishes and the huevos rancheros... More

We ate here a lot during our two weeks in Rancho Santana. The restaurant was pretty with breathtaking view of Playa Santana. We came here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner numerous times and tried almost everything in the menu. My favorites were the red snapper, the coffee rubbed pork chops, and the steak was pretty good. I also love more... More

Every meal was the best I have ever eaten from the surf and turf to the pork chops to the sides. Wow!

Went here for dinner while in the area. Had dinner.....Ate early because for some reason everybody wants to eat between 7&8....And we were tired from a great day at the beach already.....MUST HAVE the pork belly and watermelon dish with the caramel, it was insanely flavorful and a creative combination of flavors. We had the ribs, gnocchi, poke....All delicious. My... More

We had dinner three times at this restaurant during our stay at Rancho Santana. There were nine people in our party and not one bad meal among us. To put that in perspective that means there were 27 meals served. The service was impeccable and the food fresh and well prepared. Our favorites included the whole red snapper, coffee rubbed... The food is excellent and their Thanksgiving dinner is wonderful and traditional American. Their ceviche is the best ever!

The ranch's main restaurant is great at any time of the day. You'll be hard pressed not to find something that won't bring u back. Coconut shrimp and Caesar salad are 2 of my favs, but know I could add a lot more. The service is great and they move around without u hardly knowing there there. Sunset at the... More

Very good restaurant although you're a little bit of a captive audience if you're staying at Rancho Santana as it's the most convenient and closest to the lodging. Our group of four families had dinner there twice in the main dining room and once out on the patio on a more casual basis. Food is not cheap but it is... More

Translated, our name is The Farm and the Sea. We showcase a locally sourced menu. Relax and soak in the ambiance of the archi-tec-ture of La Finca y el Mar which was inspired, in part, by sea-side farm-houses in Andalucía, Spain. Open-air ter-races frame stun-ning views of the Pacific as well as rolling hills, flow-ers and rock formations. Buen Provecho!
