Visited for Sunday carvery, greeted by extremely friendly staff /owner. The carvery was excellent, I had a lovely vegetarian alternative. Lots of choice of veg and other side dishes too. We will definitely be returning. Thankyou

Very warm welcome, lovely staff and nice little cafe. The bacon was good quality and beautifully cooked, unfortunately the sausages were not. I was expecting quality butchers sausages and they were certainly not. I would of loved to of seen a bit of black pudding on the breakfast too! The toast was plentiful but again bit disappointed that margarine was... More

We all had tea, coffees and cakes. The service was very good and the waitress friendly. Child friendly too.

Went with some friends for the Sunday Roast lunch as a birthday treat. Was able to book which made it easier for us to arrange it as we were on bikes. Have been for quick lunch before. Plenty of choice for a little place and nice spot to cycle to

I visited The Lambing Shed yesterday with my dad Den, niece Hayley and her boyfriend Jack and we all enjoyed a delicious Sunday carvery . We had excellent service a the roast was just like mum used to make. We will certainly be revisiting. Chris

The food was delicious, Well presented and the service was splendid and cheerful, just as on every other visit I have made alone or with family and friends over the past few years. My grandkids love it especially the home made cakes. Eating inside or outside is always pleasant and cheerful with most people joining in general chat . On... More

Sunday 6th September. Joined some friends from outside the area at the lambing shed for a breakfast that I had been ranting about for months. I had told them the food is always spot on for a small country side establishment. Well we had the greatest breakfast with proper thick meat filled sausages, mushrooms that actually tasted of mushroom not... More

Not sure if we visited on a bad day but the women running the place barked at my husband for daring to sit inside the café. Apparently all the tables were reserved, but had no reservation signs displayed. We were abruptly told we should have booked but could eat outside. As my husband is recuperating from an Op we did... We visited The Lambing Shed yesterday for Sunday lunch. It was a last minute booking and we were very lucky to get a table. The Sunday lunches are out of this world - great value, delicious and beautifully presented by Tracie and her team. The choice of vegetables was superb - and plenty of variety. In fact, it was one...
