I went there many times and never disappointed.Honestly food is always great and delicious. Staffs are always friendly and polite. Will be back soon.

Pre-COVID we visited Tamasha a few times, the food, staff and atmosphere were always excellent and we had some lovely experiences there. Last night was our first visit since and what a disappointing change. Most staff seemed to be avoiding contact with customers and when...they did there was no spark. Like they didn't even want to be there. The food was ok but not a patch on the Tamasha of old. Tough dry chicken and stodgy sauces. Even the showpiece fishtank was full of algae and really let them down. Trying to get someone to give us the bill was a nightmare, we could not even get a waiters attention. This is so sad to see the best Indian restaurant for miles become a shabby shadow of its former self. We looked forward to this visit but will not return.More

I and some friends ate at Tamasha last night. The food was as excellent as ever but the service was dreadful. It was quiet for a Sunday but really no excuse. Hope this was a one-off

A large restaurant in Lindfield which I visited with three friends recently. Waiters shuffle around like the walking dead and the food is adequate. Service not the greatest in the world and the large fishtank at the back of the restaurant that should be a...feature is covered in green algae - not a nice sight. Hand/face towels that come out after the meal are stone cold - the first Indian restaurant I've ever been in that gives you a stone cold towel. When asked was advised that's how they do it and wouldn't warm them up. Chose not to leave a tip at the point of sale so gave our payment amounts for the cards we were paying with, at which point the waiter questioned if a tip was being left. I've never been in a restaurant where the waiting staff almost demanded a tip. Poor experience which I'm in no hurry to repeat.More

Disappointing takeaway. So bad I didn’t even eat half of it. Really bland food with no depth of flavour. Chicken dry and lacked much in the way of marinade. Sauce was really watery too rather than thick, creamy and coconuty sauce. Won’t go back which...is a shame as this was our first from hereMore

Came here with friends to see Freddie Mercury Tribute Act. Great atmosphere and just what was needed for an enjoyable night out. Food was very tasty and cosy surroundings (covid safe). Well done Tamasha !👍
