This place was recomended to us. Be sure to take a camera as you'll wnat to take some pictures, the buiding is really interesting. The menu is not particulalry inspiring but the food was perfectly acceptable and good portions. Deserts were very nice. The real star was the local ale of which I enjoyed several pints!

Living in Pembrokeshire we've called at Tafan Sinc a few times to enjoy a drink looking at the lovely views. My husband always enjoys the ale they serve and the staff are friendly. This was the first time we've eaten there. I was expecting reasonable pub grub but what we had was frankly awful. My husband had the faggots peas... More

I don't think I've ever been in such an interesting pub/restaurant. Every nook and cranny is crammed with memorabilia, photos, pictures, sayings, lamps, bicycles (yes, bicycles - on the ceiling!). It's a real treasure trove and I could have spent hours looking round.

Really unusual dark pink corrugated zinc building sets the scene for an unusual experience, sawdust on the floor, fires in traditional wood burners, Welsh music, then a lovely local beer brewed locally in the Gwanghwamun Valley with a traditional, understated appetising menu of treats like home made faggots or lamb burgers with home made mint jelly, not the bright green... Set in the beautiful village of rosebush Pembrokeshire we entered into a magically charming building with wonderful trinkets and hams hung from the high ceilings the warmth from the log burners we were greeted by a charming man who took our order and asked us to choose where to sit even though we where only having a tea and coffee... Very rude demeanor over the phone both times we called. Totally offputting! A polite tone would go amiss!

Had a lovely Sunday lunch yesterday at Tafarn Sinc. Greeted by very welcoming friendly staff who were the same cheery people throught our meal. They only serve the lunch and pudding (no starters) on a sunday but it was ample. I had beef, which was delicious, and served with roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. The vegetables were served in tureens... More

Came here for lunch, got served Canteen style food straight out of the freezer. Not exactly Welsh cuisine at it finest, more like tourist fodder cooking at its lowest!

What an unusual place. Lovely atmosphere. A step back in history. Many local photos from the past on walls,a lot of history - definitely a talking point. Sawdust on floor added to the ambience. Only had a drink after a walk but the menu looked tasty.
