Karen, Paul, Damien and Jack welcome you to the Wickhambrook Greyhound and Twenty one. The Greyhound opened its doors under its current owners in August 2011 after being purchased from Greene King. The Greyhound has since undergone a huge refurbishment including the demolition of half of the pub and the erection of a new building housing a new kitchen, stylish toilets and the exciting new restaurant Twenty One. The Greyhound & Twenty One is situated in the centre of Wickhambrook, which is the largest village by area in Suffolk. Wickhambrook is located approximately 10 miles from Newmarket, Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds. We offer a selection of cask conditioned ales, fine wines and award winning

Have visited this restaurant many times and have never once been disappointed. Myself and my partner are both gluten intolerant and the menu caters for this really well. A lot of venues just remove the gluten bits of the dish but the Wickhambrook Greyhound have...an excellent range of dishes that are already gluten free and can change things around for the dishes that aren’t. Since becoming gluten free we’ve been missing out on things like pies , cheesecake and scotch eggs but these can be made GF on request in advance too. Also friendly and efficient staff and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend for anyone whether they have special diet needs or not as the standard of the dishes is excellent.More

We got married yesterday (26/06/2021) and had the most amazing time ever... nearly 2 years later!!! Jack and his team were 5* and every single guest raved about the food ,the atmosphere ,the attention to detail...we couldn't fault them. Everything was absolutely perfect and Jack...was the perfect host . We all were treated as if you were the only guests ( we weren't) and made to feel very welcome !! A place forever in our memories !!! Thank Greyhound team for all the hard work yesterday ... you should be proud !! xx Mr & Mrs ArmstrongMore

We travelled from near Chelmsford to meet friends travelling from Norfolk, picking this pub as it is a half way meeting point and we looked at reviews for the best eating places. It did not disappoint. A lovely, clean pub/restaurant in a quiet village. The...food was superb. Roasted fish is a must for all fish lovers. I had the beef chilli accompanied by homemade nachos. Lovely! Highly recommended.More

Just had lunch at the Greyhound, me and my son had the burgers which were divine and really good chips. Followed by brownie and sticky toffee pudding. My son loved it all but said the brownies were the best he’s had. Absolutely delicious and the...service was spot on. Highly recommend, next time I need to try the fish.More
