We were on a family cycle trip from Logierait to Dunkeld and visited the craft centre for coffee on route. It's full of unique hand made crafts from the local area such as hand knitted chunky wool hats and a selection of items to give as gifts to friends and family. We didn't spend long as we were in need... More

My cousin and I regularly stop here when we come home to the Pitlochry area. Can't wait for June to arrive. In all the years we have been coming to shop and to eat, we have always enjoyed our experience

Stopped in randomly on a wee drive. Very cute wee place. Bacon rolls lovely with thickest bacon ever! And very nice cakes. All the knitted crafts are lovely too..even the toilets are surprisingly well equipped! Lovely building too...

Have passed this place many times on the way up the A9 and always thought it looked nice, eventually stopped here and had a decent coffee and cake but impressions are not welcoming. No ball games, Hillwalkers take your boots off, Toilets for customers only, do not allow your dog to foul this area

Stopped here last year and again this year, during our annual holiday in Pitlochry. Needed somewhere for lunch that didn't break the bank and this always fits the bill. Food is fairly basic, but it's cooked well and portions are plenty. Five of us (hubby, me, 3 kids - 11, 8 & 5) all had a decent lunch here today... More

Myself, my partner and my 10 month old daughter stopped by here on our way home from Aviemore. Happy from our lovley wkend at aviemore we needed to stop to buy refreshments and change our baby. Up the stair we walked up to a member of staff to ask if they had a baby changing room the old woman seen... More

My family often stop at the Dowally Craft Centre and Cafe to use the bathroom and eat some lunch during long drives from Edinburgh to Inverness and back again, and I can honestly say that we've never been disappointed. The food is lovely and reasonably priced, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. There are lots of beautiful hand-made crafts for... More

My 7 month pregnant wife had to use the toilet on a journey North on the A9. The Dowally Craft Centre was the nearest place so we stopped there. On asking to use the toilet the cashier demanded £1 for the pleasure! We paid up as we were effectively held to ransom. We, and our friends and family, will not... More

We have seen Dowally Craft Centre as we passed on the A9 but never stopped until today. It's a great place with a very nice cafe upstairs and a lovely shop/craft centre downstairs. The staff are all very friendly and the food in the cafe was excellent and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely return in... More

We have often dropped in at this Craft Centre/Cafe, after walks in and around Dunkeld. All the ladies we've met whilst visiting have been really nice and friendly. Sometimes we've just had a cuppa and a piece of cake, other times it has been a light lunch. We have never been disappointed - which is why we continue to drop... More
