Location and contact

Beach bars are a great tradition along the Algarve, but finding something special is really worthwhile. Club Nau is one of those special places, an oasis of excellence. Overlooking, literally, the superb beach of Praia Grande in Ferragudo, you can step off our terrace right on to the beach. It's everything you dreamed a beach would be like, plus some! On Sundays, from 3pm (15:00) there's always live music with local artists, and this makes a lovely atmosphere at Club Nau, we call it 'Magic Sunday', and regardless the weather or the season the place is filled with a great 'party' atmosphere. What could be better, right on the beach, great food and live music. Another plus is our range of the best Portuguese wines, and host Rafael Cavaco or his staff are there to guide you through the wine list. We also stock sparkling wines and great cocktails. Just imagine, sitting on the beach sipping cocktails and perhaps enjoying a great meal if you are hungry. Your dream has come true at Club Nau. Come and find out for yourselves, a great welcome is waiting

We found this delightful beach restaurant only 10 minutes walk from the Hotel Casabela where we were staying for 4 nights. Since we (self, wife, daughter, son-in-law and 2 small grandsons) had enjoyed a light lunch we decided to return for dinner the same evening....More

Nice place . Wonderful spot, but service is poor. Did not worth for the money they charge. Food fair. Low amount

Visited here recently with the family for an evening meal and was disappointed. We have been coming here over many years and have watched Club Nau grow in popularity. But, in my opinion this has been a bad thing. The prices have risen, the menu...More

We came here last year and had an excellent lunch and dinner. Returned this year and sadly it has gone downhill. No draft beer and tapas food was very processed and clearly frozen straight to deep fryer. Would not come back.

Slow service, incorrect order, not very friendly staff. Quite a nice layout to cafe with soft seating area at one end where there are sometimes bands playing - the one we heard from the far end of the beach the day before our visit was...More
