I came here last Sunday for a last minute lunch. I’m extremely fussy when it comes to Sunday Dinners, and I don’t particularly enjoy eating them out. I had the beef, my partner pork & chicken. The beef just fell apart with a touch of...More

Great menu for a pub, the starters are fantastic. The whitbait is almost a meal in itself. The burgers are really tasty and filling, the chips are really great. Currys are generally good but can be a little mild(but plentiful) A got to try pub.

Went with 8 friends, we all agreed the food was very nice homemade and plentiful. Those who had sweets also enjoyed them. The table arrangement was good enabling us to chat to each other. The prices were very reasonable.

If you search on the Internet you will find the menu - this is what we did before we went. It gives you a good idea of what is available and this is then supplemented by the Specials on the day. Hope this is of use.
