hi we went to Club 2000 11th February to celebrate my mum's birthday there were eleven of us as family would just like to say the food was great but the service was 5 star a big thank you to all the waiter/waitresses who were...always there to help with a smiling face, especially Krupa and Nidhi thank youMore
We visited club 2000 after long time, food was absolutely awful, ordered our starters crispy bhajhia, these had no taste, and weren't crispy at all. Chilli paneer again no taste just been tossed in lots of soya sauce, didn't taste anything like what a chilli...paneer should taste like. Mains we ordered daal makhani, this had lots and lots of salt, we sent it back once came back again no difference. Pilau rice, had before lots of times at several restaurants. Pilau rice never has peas in it, here had lots of peas in it. What can I say, am absolutely appalled by the food that was served to us, what was supposed to be a nice family meal out, was not, as we didn't eat our mains, we have had to come home and make something to eat, as both my children hadn't eaten. I will be spreading the word to my family and friends to not to visit this place. We asked to speak to the owner of Club 2000, he had no interest in coming over to us to talk, the only interest he had was to take the money for the food that we hadn't eaten, also we got threatened that if we didn't pay, they would ban us. Customer service absolutely awful in every way.More
I enjoyed the food service was very good and staff were interactive with us in a good way but the butter chicken wasn’t the best as in my opinion the chicken was bland and the sauce tasted like tangy tomato soup
Ordered Butter chicken as one of the dish for collection. Unfortunately the so called Butter chicken ( according to Club 2000) wasn’t even close to the awesome Butter chicken dish most of the Indians know. The dish served by this restaurant was boiled cubes of...chicken drenched in some similar looking sweet orange sauce . When enquired about it the response was …. This dish is normally cooked for kids …. And hence the mild taste …… as a restaurant they should have known how butter chicken is cooked …..More
Tasty food, good service, which is a positive change from last two times I visited. However, portions have shrunk and prices have gone up quite a bit. Example. The naans are tiny but expensive. Compare to most other restaurants where the naans are three times...the size. Tried to give polite, professional advice, owner was not interested. It would actually cost almost nothing to double the size of the naans.......More
Great tasting food, reasonably priced and an eatery I would visit again without hesitation. Friendly staff and the food came within a reasonable time.
Good dependable food, beware it is spicy (although not for hubby). Regardless it is tasty. Always busy and lively.
We went there after several years and tried several vegetarian dishes, starters and mains. All of the food arrived in good time and was well presented. We would recommend bateta wada starters and bindi okra for mains, the nan was soft and super too. Plenty...of Gujarati food options. Service was friendly.Good portions and good value for money. Happy to go back there fir sure!More
Firstly, the only positive, the food was not too bad... although there are plenty of places nearby with much better food... But, the deciding factor for this review is because I have never, ever experienced service so terrible before. There was only a couple of...wait staff who understood the issues, the rest didn’t seem to give a toss. Starters were ordered but never arrived, as were drinks. This was pointed out to the staff who didn’t care. Main course took nearly an hour to arrive, without any reason whatsoever. I understand the restaurant was busy, but again, there are several places very close by which seem to cope on a daily basis. As stated earlier, there were two wait staff who tried to sort things out, and they are not to blame for the rest of the shambles of this restaurant. There are many Indian restaurants in this area of London, and none have been this bad.More
Went here last night as part of a large group. Food was fantastic and reminiscent of how Club 2000 was years ago. We had a mixed array of around 10 starters and all were fantastic. The veggie options were especially good - the methi gota...were superb, and garlic mari mogo was minblowing. Was a little unimpressed with the muskaki, but that was compensated by the lamb chops which were delightful. Overall a fantastic experience at this little restaurant which seems to have resurrected itself and gone back to its ethos of honest indian food with some east African sparkle. No paan available yesterday but we had a selection of desserts which were all worthy substitutes. Will definitely return and I do encourage others to try this place. Club 2000 - hats off to you and your team.More

Wandered in late Saturday afternoon with my 10 year old son. After heart about this place I decided to try for myself. Was not disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered deep fried chicken wings, tandoori chilli garlic prawns, nan bread and chicken...samosas. All were great however the prawns were the highlight. Yes I would go again.More
This place has had its ups and downs and the last time we came it was showing signs of making a comeback. Our vist in Friday confirmed that this improvement is sustained. Food excellent and service attentive and friendly. Well done !
Went for a catch up with some mates. Staff ,food, ambiance all what you expect. Nothing to push our experience beyond. Service was brisk and efficient. In out put the kettle on,will I return? Yes but not in a hurry.
