All the tables in the eating area have reserved on them but they aren't for anyone, my husband and I had a coffee then tried to sit on a table near the sea but the staff wouldn't let us? It was literally empty but we...couldn't choose where we wanted to sit to eat. Tried to order an omelette with what I wanted in it & they said you have to have one of the 3 set omelettes they have on the menu, weather you like the fillings or not! Very annoying, unsure why this is? Maybe they are pre made and reheated, not a good sign at all. My husband ordered an omelette & wanted bread instead of chips. He couldn't swap so was still charged full price of omelette & chips then had to buy a bit of bread. Just all round crap service, beds are expensive 20euro each. No wonder the place is so empty with such a poor service. Food quality was bad too when it did arrive. Overpriced and poor customer service. Such a shame in such a beautiful setting.More

We only had a drink here, because after going to the toilet confidence in cleanliness is very low. More effort should be made to clean up this place

Such a relaxing place. The restaurant is seconds from the beach and the staff does service by the sunbeds (and they are good looking too;))

Good food but we had an bad experience regarding the service. I forgot my sunglasses on the sun bed. I returned after them and a guy from the bar said that they found them. When the boss came he said that he cannot find the...sunglasses, because the person that found them was not there. We came back later. The boss said that they put the sun glasses on the counter and someone took them. We’ve came back again and another person from the bar said that someone came and claimed them. They were clearly lying, you could see that on from the grin on their faces. Pity that they had to compromise their reputation for a pair of sun glasses and make the customer stupid for forgetting them there.More

Even though it looks modern and orfanized it definitely lacks capacity. The beach service is sliw. The lunch to dine-in is zero, as it tends booked for days. Last, but not least the menu has nothing to do with Greecece - pastas. Omelettes, sandwiches- easy...food. It's a bottleneck for the otherwise nice beach.More

Being in Zakynthos for the holidays, some locals told us to visit this place and after doing it, I have to thank them for that. The restaurant is located in one of the most amazing beaches of the island, the food is coming fast and...is extremely well cooked (I ordered Azzuro cheeseburger). The only thing keeping for rating them with 5 out of 5 is that the waiters are not communicating well each other, both times we visited we waited more than 20 minutes to bring us the bill.More

I never normally write a bad review but for this place I will make an exception. The good points are the beach, good quality sunbeds and beautiful surroundings. The bad are the restaurant and it’s service, waiters that are surly and arrogant are the order...of the day and when they eventually condescend to serve you the wait for your order is mind blowing.I did order a culinary delight that normally takes around 15 minutes to prepare and serve, viz a turkey and cheese toasted sandwich, not exactly Michelin started cuisine but perfect for a snack. I think they must have taken around three quarters of an hour to serve this delight when it did eventually appear I can say it was the worst sandwich I have tasted in a while. I think the reason for their surly disposition is that day in day out they have to listen to the constant bass boom of the music that is emitted throughout the dining area. I think whoever is responsible for the music must in a previous life have been a big bass drummer in the Salvation Army. When we returned to our sunbeds following the luncheon experience it was like a Chinese water torture instead of dripping water, constant Boom Boom in your ear until we eventually gave in and left the beach at 3 p.m. Such a pity when most Zakynthian businesses are working so hard to make a living and properly serve their income streams via tourists such as us.More

During our stay in this place I heard the manager twice yelling to our waiter that he should not allow more than two people in a couple of sunbeds and that he should respect the "laws of his place" Such an arrogant and unacceptable behaviour...from a manager. I felt bad for the poor waiter. Not to mention the overpriced sunbeds and menu of this place and the fact that they would charge the price for two sunbeds to a single person. Would definitely recommend any other place on that area.More

I wish I can give ZERO to this place. Avoid this please for several reasons: 1. Overpriced ( one mushroom risotto and one chicken filet with the chips at €25) 2. Ridiculous waiting time- we waited over 1h and eventually we left without getting our...food 3. Service - waiters never came to us to apologise or to give us an update about the waiting time (over 1h, yes that correct) I do advise you to bring your own food with you to the beach, as there is nothing else you can get the food from.More

Just wow ! Arrived here after a Greek friend my son met Andreas ! Told us to visit ! It’s just beautiful we had excellent service and the salmon and prawn salad and Calamari was just so Tasty ! The sangria is the best we’ve...ever tasted ! Yes it’s not cheap but it’s worth every euro just to take in The view and Listen to the music ! What an atmosphere would definitely return here ! Gorgeous beach ! Natural mud for face and body and beautiful atmosphere and pina coladas ! Was an expensive day but worth it !More

Nice beach, friendly waiters and nice food. Club sandwich was huge and plenty of fries for €11. Good quality sun beds. My only issue was the dreadful music - boom boom boom - and SO LOUD! Shame

We had a day without the children so my wife and I returned here. We first came a few years ago and loved its secluded/upmarket feel. Its a lovely spot just has something more than the usual beach. The food was great, however its hard...sometimes to grab someones attention to order a drink etc and if you go to the bar yourself its like you shouldn't be there! Overall lovely and we will go back.More
