A really friendly place that serves authentic Greek food along side some more international dishes. Great service and good humoured staff !

Warm local restaurant with friendly staff, good service and most importantly a good menu. There were lots of traditional dishes and fresh fish options, all at a very reasonable price. The wine was also better than most we had whilst on Corfu. Would recommend this to anyone staying for a few nights.

My second visit to Barbatti,Corfu. Knowing that after a day's travel a good meal would be essential, we returned to Dionysos Restuarant and were not disappointed. The service is extremely friendly, they remembered us, which just added to the welcome. I ate Stiffado, the meat was amazing, beautifully tender and the sauce was delicious. The table fell quiet, and plates... More

We loved our dinner here... Tassos the owner took the time to explain everything on the menu to us and helped s make a decision on what we ordered. We both had Corfu specials, pastacada (?) and softito (?) both great, can't wait to go back

Perfect place, fantastic foods and serving! Dont miss it! Memorable! We tried the kalamari and the sword fish, both were amazing! They have a special pie for dessert, it is truly unfergetable!

The food here was really good but we found the service not as friendly as the other Barbati tavernas,so we only ate here once maybe they were short staffed the night we visited

During our stay here in Barbati we went to this restaurant twice and on both occasions it was very well presented. The staff and place were so welcoming and the food was delivered perfectly and was first class. Excellent service. Highly recommend this place to eat!!

I highly recommend a visit to Dionysos during your time in Barbati. Lovely food prepared and served in style in very pleasant surroundings. The staff are warm & friendly & the taverna has a very relaxed but smart, modern feel to it. I had Greek sausage to start & the lemon pie to finish from a recommendation on here. I'm... More

Description
Dionysos restaurant was the first in Barbati, run by the owners' grandfather and offering only stakes and sardines.Thirty years after and having changed 3 different owners comes back in family hands. We use our family recipes for the traditional dishes and our fantasy and culinary experience for our creations. Far from the industrialization of food and tastes we support the local production of meat, vegetables and delicacies. Healthy and first quality materials take place on our dishes, accompanied by a selected glass of wine from our cellar. Tradition and creativity meet together to satisfy those who appreciate good slow food. Wish you a nice taste journey! Dionysos stuff
