Unfortunately doesn't quite deliver. Situated right in the heart of Potes on the top floor close to the river, very quirky and rustic , full of old ski and mountaineering equipment with old photographs dotted around, first impressions were good, chose the local roast lamb...More

Visited on s quiet night. U.K. Menu different to Spanish. Local stew ok , beef entrecôte dry as no sauce. Puddings local and ok only. Beer comes in chilled glasses . Service ok. Not the best meal we have had.

Was looking forward to this from a recommendation from our hotel. Positive point was that our meals both had a fresh salad accompaniment, rather than the standard pickled red pepper (pimiento) one finds as 'the vegetable' on most Spanish plates. Other than that - all...More

It is the worst dinner we ever had. My husband had mixed grill and I had roast lamb. The mixed grill was mainly black budding and orange sausage plus chips. My lamb dish was three very greasy pieces and chips. Only one piece was edible...More

Reached by a very old wooden staircase just by the main bridge, the surroundings for this traditional style restaurant are unique. It's a real treasure trove of pictures, photos, vessels of various types, hanging on the walls, arranged on shelves and between rafters, quite a...More

Delicious cocido (won awards, apparently!) and big, juicy entrecôte. Generous proportions and good value for money. Rustic ambience.
