Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We loved our quick lunch there - the waitress was so friendly and accommodating - she was super dynamic and talking to everyone with kindness and trying to help waiting customers and juggle the service at the same time. The food came so fast we...were pleasantly surprised as it was packed and it was delicious too - especially the savoury galettes. We were even offered free coffee with our desserts which I havent seen for so long from a restaurateur. Higly recommend :)))More

This is ok for a family visit, crêpes were nice but I would have liked a bigger portion. Does feel authentic and staff were friendly. Service was quick and food was good. Not really a kids menu but the portions weren't that big.

Ate there twice in a couple of days. The galettes and crepes are really good with a wide choice for both savoury and sweet. Cider is served in the traditional way, to be drunk from earthenware cups (other drinks are, of course, available). The environment is...charming and authentic (with incredibly steep stairs up to the first floor seating and to the loo). This is a lovely piece of Normandie translated up into Picardie and with a host who appears to take a genuine delight in his restaurant and the satisfaction of customers.More

We have eaten here numerous times over the years and have always enjoyed it. The room downstairs is tiny (part of the place's charm), but if you are able to get up the narrow staircase there is more space upstairs. They serve a good range...of both savoury & sweet crepes, including some savoury ones without cheese - a bonus for my cheese-hating husband. We dropped in on a whim a couple of days ago at lunchtime; we didn't want much to eat, & although it was busy they were still happy for us just to have a sweet crepe each & a coffee/beer.More

Ate here twice in two days. A variety of delicious sweet crepes and savoury galettes and friendly efficient service in what my wife, brought up in West Cornwall, recognised immediately as a fisherman's cottage. Only caution is that you have to be moderately nimble to...get to the loo up the smallest staircase I've seen outside a castle tower. Nonetheless, very highly recommended. We don't often eat twice in the same place on a short holiday, but we did this time.More

Charming little creperie with quite a good choice of galettes and crepes. We truly enjoyed our lunch there and would return to have some more.

St Valery is not short of Creperies, but this one is the smallest and cutest of those we found. Delicious crepes and gallettes, served with a smile and lots of cider. Perfect for a light lunch in between bouts of shopping.

The cute and tiny old building has an eclectic selection of tables and chairs, a wide selection of crepes and galettes, along with cider by the carafe. We had a very enjoyable lunch.

A tiny creperie that was well worth going to. Probably space for 16 people downstairs and 8 upstairs. We went as a family of 4. Staff very friendly. Food great. Not a place to go with a pushchair as really no space. However we enjoyed.

We really enjoyed this little crepe restaurant, but it did typify the culture clash one can sometimes feel in France around hospitality. We came for a late lunch which was very tasty and the ambience was perfectly pleasant. However every few minutes some couple would...come in and be told forcefully that lunch was "terminee" - I wonder why they don't see that serving these people might have made them some money. There was also a strict sign warning sternly that if any children fell down the stairs, then parents were responsible. I've been to France enough to know that this approach is simply normal - but to a Brit it can appear rude and explains why some people have been less than chuffed in their comments!More

A lovely tiny creperie, which serves excellent crepes in an intimate setting and just feels warm and welcoming. We first visited here in the 1990's and were pleasantly surprised to find the same person still running it, although it has more than the original 5...tables.More

The restaurant was empty except for 1 French family of four at lunch on market day. We asked if we could just have coffee and crêpes and the waitress asked the cook who shot us daggers and then gave a reluctant yes. We were put...sitting right at the door so we'd have to move every time anyone came in. The crêpes were mediocre and the very bitter coffee was cold. A couple with a huge dog came in and were greeted warmly and another couple came in and were put in a seat away from the door. Needless to say we won't return to this very unfriendly place.More

We dropped in for a quick lunch on a day trip to St. Valery Sur Somme. The crepes were excellent, the location is very convenient and the service was great - to top it off, the prices were very reasonable.
