Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Invited by friends for a belated Birthday lunch at the "Carvery". The carvery is only available on Sunday but well worth the wait. A wide selection of meats, vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, crackling and all the trimmings to make it a very succulent lunch. Food... I...have never seen so much and it's all you can eat as some of the lads (from the RAF Base) showed us. The staff were very, very nice and all the prices were extremely reasonable. A well patronised pub and a "must" go again... soon. drochedMore

Having found an establishment to serves traditional Sunday roasts this is the place. Good price and plenty of choice with meats and vegetables including Yorkshire pudding. Good atmosphere and service. Just one caution the beef is normally somewhat underdone with blood content. Perhaps a little...more time in the oven would be a good ideaMore

Visited today for our Sunday lunch, the buffet style Sunday roast diner was lovely. A good choice of meat from chicken, lamb, pork and beef. Then help yourself to homemade Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and vegetables, all freshly cooked. Service staff very friendly and helpful....Important question, would I go again, a big YESMore

I can’t write a massive review on this pub as it was a short visit. The place seemed nice, the local beer was only €3 which was good. Inside it had a decent set-up - three levels of seating with a covered terrace on the...ground floor. The terrace had two televisions showing live sport. It was situated just outside RAF Akrotiri, I imagine on a night out it would be a good first pub to visit before heading down the strip. Or, as we done, a night cap after the steakhouse.More

Magis at the Swan is wonderfully friendly and has a baggage of knowledge ranging from legends of gods to practicalities and politics and history, speaks great English and makes for a delightful conversation partner and guide. The food was great, the service friendly and generous...all the way, they stuffed us with more and more for no additional cost, they know how to make a business work. Give them a try whenever you're in the area and especially if you have a thirst for knowledge and stories over an English beer and Sunday roast. Thank you for everything!More
