We decided to have dinner here based on the existing rating of this restaurant and were disappointed. The starters were good, but the entrecote steak, that requires an extra 5 euros, was not as a good steak should be. Also the chocolate mousse for dessert was not good chocolate. Service was very slow.

Great place to eat at the terrasse while the sun is out. The meat is fabulous and the dishes are generous. Recomanded

Nice food. Nice ambience. However it took too long for our main course to arrive at the table and finally with the coffee the waiting repeated.

We liked it there as you can sit by the stream listening to the noise of water. We ate there three times but we found it extremely variable. The best bet is the menu, which for 16 Euro, including wine is good value. Some things are very good such as the salted cod and goat cheese salads as starters, the... More

It's nothing special. It's ok but nothing to remember. The food was edible and ok and the portions were enough. Compared to other places in the village, the price quality ratio is not that good but you can still eat there and be ok.

the 1st dishes were fine. For 2nd dishes I order the sousege and it was horrible! When I ask the waitress to replace it he wasn't happy about it. The lam was too rar, and the desert wasn't good at all. The poorest dinner we had so far in Spain, not worth the money.

They have reasonable selection of pizzas, multi language menu. A terrace looking over the river, very relaxing at evening time if it's not too cold. I ate a pizza, it was very good. The service is OK, not trying to much. Prices are high.

Good, hearty menu del dia - good value. The rabbit (conejo) here was outstanding (though the trout was a little small - perhaps just the luck of the draw). There is a choice of places to sit - on the terrace by the river (could be a bit noisy), on another terrace facing the village square (where we sat) or... More

Restaurant attached to our accommodation (Hotel Saurat) and has an very well priced set menu with a good range of dishes. All enjoyed food ( except me as got pigs trotters when expecting pigs cheek, didn't complain as my Catalan at fault!) and service friendly and helpful. Checked out other offerings in the village but returned to L'Avet as something... More
