About
Our setting is on the outskirts of our local village Alsager & there are some beautiful places to walk & most famously the 'Salt Line' which runs through farmland and woodlands from Hassall Green to Alsager, & follows the route of a disused railway line. The line was used to transport coal and limestone to the chemical works which used brine in the manufacturing process, hence the name Salt Line. It now provides an important haven for a diverse range of plants and wildlife. This makes our venue perfect for all kinds of celebrations. We cater for wedding parties, christenings & birthdays & have parking facilities for over 70 vehicles. Our gardens are quite beautiful & are admired by many people,

Went this evening and it's been a while since we last visited. I'm writing this review not as a disgruntled customer who wishes to get their point across on an online platform but in the hope that our experience and subsequent comments are taken on...More

Over the last year, this must be the most unpredictable pub in Alsager for food quality. The pub has great potential but clearly needs to improve consistency.

Quite why The Wilbraham Arms is currently ranked #5 in Alsager I don’t know. The meal that my family enjoyed today was absolutely off the charts. In most establishments catering for kids is an afterthought, generally it’s noticeably cheap ingredients and the kids (aged 3...More

Excellent all round. The game stew was delicious and the beer - Oliver's Twist a good match. The wood burning stove appropriate for a winter's evening. Service pleasant as usual.
