We had a salad to share for starter. No flavour and €13 which is expensive for the area I expect more. When ask for olive oil got sachets. Really... Main I had salmon which was ok. Partner had duck again tasteless .Took over an hour...to get serviced. When waiter come I said was not good which he replies maybe better next time. The restaurant was not busy but staff keep talking to eachother via Bluetooth which is weird. When someone left two were standing by the door again. Are we in the army. There was at least 8 staff and 14 customers when we left. But not enough to put hand drier paper in the toilet. This place got plenty room for improvement Also wine very overpriced for the area.More

This was a very relaxed meal , everything done to perfection. Our orders were confirmed twice by the waiter who appeared a touch nervous. possibly training but did a very good job. We had a beautiful view of the lagoon but the sun was beaming...in and we were roasted. No air con in operation and we felt we shouldnt have to ask for it. Food was very good but the heat dictated we would not stay too long.More

Recommended this restaurant as my partner knows the owner. Very impressed with the lovely decor and the setting. Tables very spaced out and the atmosphere light and airy. Really attentive waiting staff. The menu was modern yet traditional and very reasonably priced. The food came...quickly and was amazing. Nicely presented and very tasty. The best food we have had on our stay. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.More

We ended up here late (around 9) after out sightseeing and wandering around Nazare. We were tired and hungry. The restaurant was busy but they found a table for the four of us. The food was great, the staff attentive and it was a nice...upscale clean environment. The only reason they got a 4 instead of 5 stars is they didn't have a starter dish we ordered (no problem) but it took quite a bit of time before they informed us of this. But we are easy going. No biggie. Then it was almost another 45 minutes before we got our dinners. We didn't eat until almost 10:15. Our fault for being so late but we were never given an explanation for the wait. People that came in after us ate dinner and desserts and were gone before we got our dinner. The staff did offer us a free dessert wine as an apology for not having the starter that we ordered. Not necessary but a nice touch. When we are in town, we would come back for another dinner at Restaurante Granada.More

Ate here twice during our last visit to Sao Martinho do Porto. Food is very good and service friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

My husband and I had such a wonderful dinner here last night. The food (shrimp with Thai rice and Chateaubriand) was excellent and we dine out frequently in the area. The interior is also very attractive with a warm, updated ambience. The entire experience was...outstanding but what made such a big difference was the service which was very professional, friendly and helpful. The owner personally assisted us and we enjoyed talking with him very much about the restaurant and it’s family history. We will return often!More

I had read good reviews about Granada so we decided to give it a try. The first impression is good as it is a modern and bright venue. We opted to dine out although it was windy. The menu includes many unusual dishes unlike most...eateries were you always find same or similar food. We ordered a chicken supreme in garlic and fried prawns with chorizo and Thai rice. The food was very well presented and was excellent. A nice bottle of white wine Freixo from Alentejo complimented our meal. Service by a young student who spoke perfect English was very efficient and fast. We will return!More

Fantastic food, lovely environment and a brilliant owner to look after you… We celebrated our anniversary last night. Having asked Ricardo to pull together something a little special, we were not disappointed. We started with an excellent cheeseboard served with walnuts, followed by squid &...calamari and grilled prawns to die for. Between us our mains were Chateabriand with cream & mushroom sauce, Sea Bass with green pea potato, a “Portuguese style” steak - which was massive and oh so tender. And, for the non-meat eater amongst us, smoked salmon & goats cheese salad. Well, it was a very quiet meal while we all simply savoured the quality and quantity of the meals – outstanding. Then came the desserts, panna cotta with raspberry coulis, warm chocolate brownie and crème brûlée – exquisite . As always Ricardo and the guys were extremely attentive throughout and made the evening truly wonderful. Thank you RicardoMore

Good food, nicely decorated, excellent service... you should visit it. Although the weather outside wasn’t sunny but drizzle the views provided by the huge glass windows are not to be missed.
