Absolute disgrace of a pub we stoped in to have dinner and myself and my wife dont eat chips or potatoes due to a dietary requirement so when ordering our food we asked if we could swap the chips for a side salad and we didnt mind paying the extra 45 pence each to as that was the difference in... After Investigating your rather over exaggerated and one sided review and viewing the CCTV footage Iam afraid that you are the one who is an Absolute Disgrace. Our menus are competitively prices and you threw your toys out the Pram because you didn't get a Free Salad. The reason the Barman went over to you when you were standing by... More

We were given a warm welcome, followed by quick and attentive service. All three meals were top quality, and the costs bore this out. We had the T-Bone, Rib Eye and Pork Ribs, all good quantity too. Great puddings to top it off with the fresh and seemingly home made cheesecake and profiteroles. Would very happily return!

I was lucky enough to drop by here on a Stag Weekend the other week down in Surf Snowdonia. As good as it is there for watersports, Surf Snowdonia doesn't really cater for for the late nighter drinkers like what we had with us. Half of our Stag crew had already clocked this place within hours of our arrival. After... More

Went to eat there for first time - very impressed. Lovely friendly welcome. There was a good choice of ales including a local brewery. The beer was very good. Plenty of choice on the menu and we both had minted lamb pie. Watching other people's food arrive there were at least 3 other dishes I wanted. The pie didn't disappoint.... More

Visited on a sunny warm Sunday afternoon. 3 adults enjoyed Sunday lunch, children chose from the kids menu. The food was plentiful, tasty with a wide selection of veg and accompaniments. Puddings were also good. As per previous reviewers, the only thing that can be offered is praise to the chef and all the staff.

The staff at Y Bedol are very friendly and welcoming. On a cold day there is a wonderful warm fire to sit before. The food is plain but tasty with generous portions. A good place for lunch or Sunday dinner.

An amazing place. We had a small dog they could not have been more accommodating. We first went in for Sunday lunch which was fantastic good size portions and roast potatoes a food group on their own not forgetting home made desserts especially the jam roly poly. Staff so welcoming and friendly. Decided to go back for our last evening... More
