Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

All the years been coming to the Venue never had a bad meal yet, arrived on Saturday with my family of 8 was busy but was seated right away, thrilled they had the Xmas decs up looks very classy with new decor. We nearly all...chose different and everyone raved about the food, even my Nephew who’s a Chef couldn’t fault a thing, the freshness, presentation and the homemade Steak Pie was to die for. Staff very attentive and not too expensive Thank YouMore

Excellent food and an excellent price for HOMEMADE food and not the usual basic crap you get in chain restaurants. The waiters/waitress were friendly an attentive. Ignore any negative comments as they are from people who don't appreciate quality.

OMG what a wonderful place. Whilst visiting the area we had a walk along the prom, the wind was howling and we were desperate for a pit stop just for a cup of coffee, but could find nowhere that would allow our little dog inside,...till we came across the venue. The welcome was so warm, the staff greeted our pet like royalty and they even had a doggy menu which barley ended up enjoying to the full. We said to the staff we may only want a cup of coffee out of the raging wind, they said that's absolutely fine but the ambience was so lovely we all ended up having a small version of the breakfast offered which was just perfect. Thank you so much to the staff at the venue for such a lovely visit.More

We have now lived in Fleetwood for 15 months and booked a table here for the first time as family were travelling from Manchester to see us for the day and the reviews that we read were very good. After a lovely walk along the...prom, we were impressed with the interior. We were greeted quickly and the staff kindly arranged a window table. We ordered the following: Lasagne, Lamb, Steak and ale pie, gammon, all day breakfast and fish and chips and everyone enjoyed the food and all plates were empty. We will definitely be back. Thanks Sue DoreMore

I treated myself to a lamb Wellington, that is new on the menu. The lamb just melted in my mouth, the gravy was superb, and the creamy cheesy mash was just heaven on a plate. And to crown it off was todays fresh vegetables. I...cannot recommend this dish enough. There is no way you can be disappointed. 😍🥰More

very expensive, cider cost £6 on its own, I have never had a pint for more than a fiver before and that was in London. the food is even more expensive, a steak is over £20 and if you are a family it becomes extremely...expensive costing over £100 with drinks, we don't even pay that much in a proper restaurant and the venue is only a bar !More

We have been going in the Venue now all year and the food is absolutely lovely great value for money, we have meet and taken friends there, it's pet friendly, they can't do enough to make your pet welcome there's water bowls and pet treats...even a pet menu and the people that don't like pets can sit in the front restaurant with sea view there's something for everyone all ages are made welcome. Please do visit it, you won't be dissatisfied. The staff are amazing nothing and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them no matter how busy it is. If you can fit a dessert it it's so yummy.
