On a freezing cold Sunday, this was just the tonic we all needed ! Very organised, incredible customer service from extremely busy staff who smiled, were warm and super helpful, as well as being very realistic about food wait times. They couldn’t have been more...wonderful - thank you all ! Our food was hot, delicious, incredible quality and gorgeously presented. Coffee was faultless ! Just brilliant all round x no wonder you’re so popularMore

Visited this weekend with my partner and our baby for the first time. When we arrived, it was clearly very busy (we did expect this for 12pm on a Saturday) however the lovely lady who served us advised us on wait times and sat us...in the outdoor decking area to wait for a table. We were unsure whether or not to wait outside at first as we were worried about our little girl getting cold and voiced this to the lady serving, she quickly reassured us the area was heated and wiggled around some tables and chairs to ensure our pram was directly under the heater which kept our daughter lovely and cosy! We barely had to wait long at all, no more than 10 minutes, before we were moved to a table inside. My partner ordered the no 11 breakfast and I ordered the pancakes. Both were delicious! The pancakes especially were extremely thick and I thoroughly enjoyed them, I chose maple syrup and strawberries to go with them and the strawberries were very sweet and fresh. We also had some hash browns to share and both agreed they were the best hash browns we had ever had! The cafe itself was spotlessly clean, including the toilet and baby changing area. All of the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. They each made a fuss over our little one who relished in the attention! We are looking forward to our next visit.More

We had a wonderful private dinner at Cafe no. 11. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We even had a little play area at the back for to the keep the kiddies entertained. Would highly recommend!

Honestly the best cafe in Rayleigh. My daughter and I had an amazing breakfast today. Lots of choice on the menu and my chilli avocado on toast with bacon and a poached egg was fabulous. My daughter, as usual, had the cinnamon French toast with...Nutella, greek yoghurt and biscoff which she says is the best! The staff are super friendly and the cafe is so comfy and welcoming.More

Hi, I’m afraid we are walk ins only. However our best advice is to give us a call on 01268 931787 just before you wanted to pop down to double check how busy it was at the time 😃
