Ordered traditional breakfast with granary toast (got white) ordered a side of a slice of sourdough and butter (got plain white) everything covered in salt (I don’t add salt) Bueno milkshake was warm and only tasted slightly of chocolate. Never actually ate anything as we couldn’t order a takeaway. Called on a Saturday night on & off for 60 minutes from 5.30 to order food for 4 people which would have cost £60/£70. No response on phone, just rang & said this mail box...is full. If they had answered & said sorry no more takeaways then I would have understood but no answer & advertising takeaways Friday & Saturday evenings on their FB page. Very frustrating.More

The Cafe was no more than half full, but we had to wait 40min from our order being taken to it being served. My wife had an all day breakfast and some of it was cold

So disappointed in thw food the Bangkok burger was so over fried it was disintegrating and dripping fat. My mum had the avocado on toast it was so bland and tasteless she left the majority of it. We won't go back as this was our...last attempt at trying to get a decent meal there.More

We had a really good quality gluten free breakfast. The sausage were delicious, poached egg cooked to perfection and their gluten free toast was not crumbly at all. Will be regulars now

The menu is fantastic. There's lots of nice food to choose from (not too much) and a great variety of healthy choices. The quality and freshness is second to none, and the very polite and helpful service comes with lots of smiles. The location is...great - I really can't fault this place... you'll love it!!More

Came to the cafe today and had the pancakes with Nutella, strawberries and ice cream… they were DELICIOUS and beautifully presented with a generous amount of toppings. I was too excited to eat them and forgot to take a photo 😢 Would definitely order them...again!More

Went here for breakfast/brunch. Never been before but family and friends had spoken well of the place so thought we would give it a try. Wish we hadn't bothered. Based on our experience it's overrated and overpriced. No sourdough bread, no mushroom brioche. My wife...ordered a pancake stack with maple syrup which arrived with ordinary syrup as they had run out of the maple variety. How can you have pancake stack on the menu and not have maple syrup. My wife hadn't been told of the change it was just served up with no comment. Overall we all felt the food was at best ok nothing special to justify the price list. I had the chorizo hash - cubes of tasteless pork and new potatoes. Could have been eating any meat. When I paid the bill, I was asked if everything was ok and I mentioned the above issues, the response I received was 'no worries'!!!! So no tip. Won't be going again the Hungry Horse across the road gives better value and quality.More

Went here with friends for the bottomless brunch. Great menu choices, food very filling. Lots of drink choices. Service friendly and attentive. Would return and recommend.

Not wheelchair accessible. The ramp onto the deck is always impeded by a chair and there is no ramp into the actual building. When I asked about a ramp, I was offered menu clip boards and in the end, my friend had to assist me...with my incredibly heavy electric wheelchair, as staff seemed to just walk away and laugh after I stated that clip boards wouldn’t work. The front door is also impeded by chairs, making even self propelled wheelchairs a no-go. It is a legal requirement to make reasonable adjustments for access (see Equality Act 2010) and if they cannot accommodate wheelchair users, it should not be listed on this site as being wheelchair accessible. Additionally, the service was incredibly slow, despite it being a full staff and very few customers. And the meal was hugely overpriced. Not a good experience in any way.More

The customer service is just dire. I have been visiting Café No. 11 for YEARS. There is usually a bit of a wait but today was the worst experience I think I’ve ever had. Myself, my partner and our toddler son arrived at opening time....There was a bit of a queue but this is normal for this spot. We were seated just after 9. After 25 mins of zero contact we were told they were short staffed. 20 mins later (45 mins after arrival) someone came to take our order. Our drinks arrived shortly after…one was incorrect but we let it go. Now after visiting this place so many times before we know they operate a strict ordering system based on arrival time, so we knew where we were in the queue. Another 20 mins past (so 1 hour 5 mins after arrival) and we saw those who ordered before us served. We told our toddler son, who had waited so patiently, his pancakes would arrive soon and got his bib on. 20 mins later (1 hour 25 mins after arrival) the table who arrived significantly after us and ordered later were served. We promptly stood up and told the staff we were leaving. An apology was offered by a long standing member of staff but the newer person seemed to not even care and was simply more concerned with getting the message to the kitchen. We took our crying son out and went up to Costa. Horrible experience.More

Service extremely slow. We both ordered cheese and ham omlettes - when finally received food, they were plain omlettes. Lady went away and came back and told us that is what we ordered??? We clearly ordered omlettes with toppings. How about just simply apologising and...changing the food instead of blaming us for your error. Waited another 10 mins for omlettes to come back with topping thrown on. They were both stone cold as clearly left on side before bringing back out. £27 for 2 omlettes and 2 hot drinks is expensive. Won't be getting our custom again.More
