Really nice meals and desserts but the place is waaaaaaay out in the boondocks. I mean REALLY out there. You may find it hard to get to at night. Pleasant and comfortable but don't expect any night life.

We enjoyed our stay here though if we had realized it was so far away from everything we probably would have staying in town. We ended up eating at the restaurant onsite which was quite good. It was dry season so was not as beautiful as the pictures we have seen. There were very few other people staying at the... More

A little outside of the city of Santiago, what has not a lot of attractions for a tourist, but lies in the center of Panamá and is a good place to break up a long trip coming from Coiba / Santa Catalina to Panamá City or between Panamá City and Bocas del Toro or the Chiriui mountains. Fine small hotel... More

We stayed at the hotel for about a week and ate at the hotel several times. I had one or two great meals, and most were good. The best was the homemade pasta with seafood but the second time I ordered it, it wasn't as good. The meat was the most disappointing, stick to pasta. The staff is attentive and... More

A very reposing place to go if you require silence and relaxation. The food was surprisingly good ( a chef from Columbia). Rooms were clean and nice bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and supported us during the electrical outage which was brief.

This hotel is OK, the rooms are big enough, the landscape is beautiful and the restaurant is very good. On the down side it is far from the town of Santiago and there are many bugs around the restaurant and the rooms. I actually have no problem with bugs, but some of my customers do, so I have to consider... More

We just stopped for a while on our way to Panama City. Initial plans were to stay one night only, but we were delighted to spend one more. Simply perfect. Tidy rooms, wide and well organized restaurant with delicious hand made specialties and a lovely pool. My children were also stunned by the amazing mini-car race track shaped after italian... More

The dining area of the hotel was spacious with nice views of the lake and the beautiful swimming pool. The menu was varied and the service was the best of the trip. The fresh fruit was incredible and the coffee was very good and refills quickly taken care of. Nice quiet oasis along the Pan American Highway.
