This restaurant & bar is on the beach. The food was good. Try the flying fish, or the catch of the day, the pasta was good too. Come here for lunch or dinner, or if you want to watch a soccer match. Staff was friendly...More

Surfside was recommended to us by a taxi driver, and he was spot on! This local beach bar/cafe has delicious, simple food. We ate here twice during our week stay. It was an easy walk along the beach from our resort. Yes, the service is...More

Surfside is a very simple place in a wonderful location. Picnic tables right on the sand or more conventional seating under a pavilion. Beautiful views of the water. Laid back and friendly. Also stop by at least once when in Barbados for a cheeseburger and...More

I have visited Surfside many times and reviewed it twice in the past. The first time, I was obliged to comment negatively re. the miserable waiting staff: the second I was happy to say that things had improved. On this occasion, feelings are mixed. On...More

Surfside is a great beach side bar/restaurant for casual fare and great sundowners. Arrived with the family on Sunday and went immediately to surfside to catch some of the remains of the day and dinner. While the service is always a little slow....what's the rush?...More

I visited here twice, once at night for some dinner and drinks and once again in the daytime. The food was really average with poor portion size. The service was initially good but then spoilt a little bit by the waiter asking for a tip...More

This beach side bar is delightful. I spent many evenings watching the sun go down whilst enjoying the rum punch. Lovely food, cooked to order, I recommend the bajan fishcakes and the roti. Special mention to Renee who looked after us on several visits
