Booked here for an early dinner on a Saturday evening, and was not disappointed. The food was stunning and the service was second to none. We ate in the dinning area, and although a little nippy was asked if we wanted the heating turned up....More

We had lunch with our daughter, son in law and their two boisterous children. The staff were wonderfully accommodating as it was a busy Saturday lunchtime. The fish & chips were disappointing but the Swan cheeseburger was excellent and so was my daughter’s vegetarian meal....More

Good food, promptly served. Great selection of Ale. Knew the order taker was confused when we asked for a side plate with just a Yorkshire pud on it (for the 2 year old), knowing a child’s meal was too much we were planning on giving...More

Recently visited with family of 4. Nice table with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The food was outstanding. Definitely had the feel of a traditional freshly cooked home made roast. The bar and waiting staff very welcoming and professional. Would highly recommend

This has been the best pub food I have had in the Bristol area for years. I visited this pub three times in less than six weeks. Each time the food was great - with nice vegetables (none of the usual standard frozen peas) and...More

Food excellent and a very good standard. Had a brilliant pint of bath ales festivity. Deserts were a little pricey but we're a good standard.

We came here for a late meal on a cold Monday night. It's dog friendly which suited us as we had our pooch in toe! We were shown to a table where we ordered 2 coffees whilst we browsed the menu. We ordered the salmon...More

Hi sorry for the delay I have been away. It would be better to give them a call to check if they have a menu for the evening of the 6th March. Tel. 0117 9323101 is the direct line.

The Swan is a family-friendly country pub with a modern face and a traditional heart. The smart, fresh interior complements the building's original character, while a large car park, pretty garden and children's play area add to the attractions outdoors. If you’re looking for a country pub between Bath and Bristol that’s just a short hop from either city, you can’t do better than The Swan. Sitting beneath the steeply sloping hills that run up to Lansdown, The Swan looks out at willow-edged fields with the River Avon meandering by in the distance. (We’re sure you get the idea, it really is a lovely spot!)
