Timeshare Broker with no up front fees

When we purchased our timeshare through H10 Premium, we were told that we could easily rent our weeks out for $500 each but I have yet to figure out how.

We were also told to never work with any company that wanted their fees up front...but I can't see to find any that don't.

If you know of any brokers that don't demand the fees up front, please let me know and I will contact them immediately to start working on renting out my 2009 weeks.

First port of call if you want to rent out a unit without too much hassle should be the resort themselves. That's particularly true if you own a peak season week as they are likely to be in demand. Even the resort will take a chunk of the rental income but should take the costs out of income and not charge upfront.
