ryanair baggage

I will be flying with Ryanair in May of this year 2018 I will be taking a cabin bag with me only nothing else, the bag being 50x40x20. Will it be taken off me and put in the hold?

If you don't have priority boarding, yes. At least in theory, I guess we'll find out how strictly the new rules will be enforced.

Yes, if you haven't purchased a "Priority & 2 bags" ticket: https:/…0-1

You may only take a small bag measuring no more than 35cm x 20cm x 20cm: yours is bigger than that and cannot therefore go in the cabin (unless you pay the Priority fee in the first place).

No. Why would it be?

You're still able to bring the same amount of bags for the same amount of money. You just might not be able to bring it all onboard.

The T&Cs of Ryanair (and all other airlines) allow them to change the T&Cs whenever they want.

The rules haven't changed. You can still take the same amount of hand luggage only now you know you need to buy priority boarding to keep it in the cabin. Before, without priority boarding there was a chance it would be gate checked. At least now you know before you get to the gate.
