Where is the card registered?

I would think any site in the country where the card is issued would accept it. For example, if it's a British card, use the .co.uk version of whichever site (e.g. expedia.co.uk instead of expedia.com or the UK site of one of the airlines).

Well, its a Malaysian card, and there are no bargain booking sites in Malaysia, and we wanted to take advantage of the good prices on sites like Kayak etc for a return flight from the US. Sadly these sites mandate that you have a card with a US address. Any ideas?

Whoa, what made u think I'm a troll? Its a legitimate question. I just happened to post my reply without knowing there had been additional replies after the first one. I'm aware that Kayak was a search site - I guess I should've said sites like Expedia, Orbitz etc.

My apologies sayeo87,

However if you read the thread back to yourself, I am sure you will see why I jumped to that conclusion?

I can tell you that several consolidators have more than just a US-based site. Priceline has a US and a UK site, and look at all of the Expedia sites:

http://www.expedia.co.uk

http://www.expedia.at

http://www.expedia.ca

http://www.expedia.com

http://www.expedia.de

http://www.expedia.dk

http://www.expedia.es

http://www.expedia.fr

http://www.expedia.ie

http://www.expedia.it

http://www.expedia.no

http://www.expedia.se

I found these with the help of the wonderful Air Search Engine - Momondo.com which is based in Denmark, but works for the entire world finding flights. This is one of the few search engines that also includes LCC's.
