Due to the ash cloud our flight to Spain was canceled. Not only do we now not go on holiday, the fantastic company :( of http://www.traveljigsawgroup.com/ has decided it will NOT refund us our money, because we canceled in the last 48 hours.
Honestly, I am ok to pay them some booking costs for the work they did, but not giving me all of my money back is pure theft.
I would expect them to be a bit more lenient in this exceptional situation. They are probably making so much money of this situation. They are renting out cars to people that are stuck somewhere, whilst these cars were already paid for by people like me.
They've definitely lost a customer.
