I'd rather get to my destination than be waiting in an airport - or travel hub.

For long layovers I find super gluing a coin to the floor then counting how many people try to pick it to be a good way to pass the time.

Hubs are a necessary evil these days. I don't think too many people enjoy spending time at the hubs on an absolute scale. However, from a relative perspective, not all hubs are created equal.

Hubs serve one purpose for me, find the smoking room load up my lungs with Nicotine, find the Loo empty my Bladder, grab a drink and then make my way to the Gate.

First Three can be in any order LOL

As for chatting to People erm no thanks

Best wishes

"Hubs are a necessary evil these days. "

Remove the word "necessary" and you have it right

Depends on the hub, because of fog I've spent 10 hours in London city airport with only a coffee shop and newsagents available and wouldn't like to repeat the experience.

If it had've been Heathrow it wouldn't have been so bad but in general like others the fastest I get to my destination the better.

<It's just you.>

Well said-only other place I would not be is inside the air plane-holding patter, weather or whatever.
